I was requested to bring my car in to get an appraisal for possible trade in for a new car. This sales person woukd not give me any information regarding cost of the new car or what they were willing to for possible trade in for a new car. This sales person woukd not give me any information regarding cost of the new car or what they were willing to give me for my car. He just kept saying give me your numbers and I’ll give you the car $500 less. He treated me like I was an idiot and he wasted my time. I will never purchase a car from your dealership and will also let family and friends know of my experience. More

A good salesperson knows their product and also knows their customer. Samantha is fluent in the highly technical aspects of the vehicles she sells. Pulled up at dealer salesman stated would put in shop on Monday. Didn't hear anything on Tuesday so I called ask for Manager which lady stated he was unavailable. I explained what had happened she stated that it is on the salesman To Do List and the vehicle was online and not serviced yet. Wow you showed me Carfax new brakes and etc. from your shop. Where is going back in Dealer and Sales Manger asking you was everything ok. More
