I bought a 2019 Santa Fe in September 2021 and paperwork stated new tires, new wiper blades and protectant inside and out. My second service I was told new tires were needed on back. When I called Chesle sh stated new tires, new wiper blades and protectant inside and out. My second service I was told new tires were needed on back. When I called Chesle she told me that she would check. She called back and said they replaced two front tires. I ask how they could be worn to 7/32nd when a new tire is 11/32nd. She said she would call back. A can called later (didn’t identify himself) and told me tires now are 8-9/32nd unless it’s a high quality tire. After talking to him I looked at manufacturers specs for these tires, new tire tread depth is 11/32nd so they will need replacing before 20,000 miles or NO NEW TIRES WERE INSTALLED. More
On Jan 18, I called at 6:15 pm to inquire about stock number T220187 a 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL. I spoke with Brad, who told me he would get back to me when he was able to confirm they had the vehicle. I number T220187 a 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL. I spoke with Brad, who told me he would get back to me when he was able to confirm they had the vehicle. I told him I knew it was short notice but the dealer was still open for 45 mins and wanted to make sure no one was working a deal on the car. He texted me back shortly and confirmed that it was available, and told me that if I would give him my word, he would hold the car until the next day at 10:30A for me to make the drive from 90 miles away in Gadsden, AL to come check out (with all intent to purchase the car.) We left our house the following day, Jan 19, at 7:30 and texted Brad at 8:30 and told me we were in route, and would have an ETA of about 9:15. He acknowledged he would see us soon. 25 minutes later, when we are 30 mins out, he texts me to tell me that someone had previously put a deposit on the car, and that it was unavailable. He immediately offered to put me into a USED 2022 "identical" to the new one, with a couple thousand on the odometer, which I immediately shot down because it doesn't qualify for special bonus cash, or an incentives such as a low interest rate. I had invested this much time in coming to the dealership and at that point I was 20 mins away, so I made a trip to the dealer to get to the bottom of being screwed over. On the phone he did offer to pay for my tank of gas, but I was also upset that ive wasted time. When I arrived, I asked to speak with Brad, and immediately asked who the "sales manager" he confirmed that it was available. He stumbled on giving me a name, so I asked him what my other options were. He pointed out a limited 10k over our budget. We walked over to it, and looked at it. He didn't offer to get the keys, or show us any details to it. We then turned over to the car we originally were interested in which sat off on the side of the lot with a big green SOLD sign in it. Which is very clear from seeing across a parking lot, even at 6:15 at night. I asked to speak with the sales manager, and he said that Bryon, was the "acting sales manager." We walked into the office and I demanded answers. I was told that car had a deposit taken on it two days prior and it wasn't available. He asked what he could to to repair the wrong, and I told him to sell the limited to us at "circle a plan pricing." His response was he couldn't do that because the upper management wouldn't allow it but he would contact the dealership general manager, and see what he could ask. He called, and go no answer. We were constantly told that the dealership was overrun with COVID, clearly everyone seemed to have it, as it was empty in there, but no protocols are in place, no one wearing masks, or social distancing. I explained to Bryon, I was extremely dissatisfied, and while Brad, the salesman, did accept total responsibility, it was no consolation to the time I had wasted for something that could have been avoided by simply having a better inventory control system, especially when there are only six new cars on the lot. Offering to buy my gas again, I declined because I didn't want them to feel like they had to offer me something to "make me feel better." Often passing the buck off on "management" of Greenway, one of the nations largest conglomerate of scamming dealers in the country, buying up dealerships, marking up ADMs on cars, and adding "market adjustment" but not advertising it on their websites, only to get you in the door and nail you to the wall with a car 5k over MSRP, and uneducated customers are paying these prices. Avoid this dealership all together, avoid GREENWAY dealerships, and buy from local dealerships that actually invest back into your community. If you are unsure ask your dealership who the owner is, and google it. More
The worst experience I have had in my 53 years of buying vehicles...was sold a lemon and when it was brought to my attention the front end need replacing took it back and the manager ordered me out of the b vehicles...was sold a lemon and when it was brought to my attention the front end need replacing took it back and the manager ordered me out of the building when I said if they didn't repair it I would get a lawyer..............this is the kind of place you would think it is a big out of town dealership that has a monopoly in the Shoals area and milks customers for all they are worth RUN AWAY More
Worst dealer I have ever been to. I have been shopping for a new Palisade and I had some interaction with this dealer threw email and text. I was asked what I need to make a deal I sa I have been shopping for a new Palisade and I had some interaction with this dealer threw email and text. I was asked what I need to make a deal I said $1000 of MSRP they responded after check with there management and responded sounds good come over. When I showed up I took a test drive and again told the salesperson what I was told by the first one, The one I was dealing with was off after she told me to ask for her the day before. to shorten it up it was a bait and switch scam MSRP was $46380 when the new salesman and the sales manager showed with the new deal it was magically a mear $54500 but they claimed that the dealer-installed items had to be paid for ( paint protector fabric protector window tinting etc ) which if any informed buy knowes this is just pure profit for the dealer and just a plain rip off. Buyer be were this dealer is out to rip you off of your hard-earned dollars More
