Unsatisfied Customer The staff at the dealership were courteous and polite. My biggest UNRESOLVED concerns are around the condition that the vehicle was turned over to me. The staff at the dealership were courteous and polite. My biggest UNRESOLVED concerns are around the condition that the vehicle was turned over to me. The vehicle washing was sub satisfactory as it was not detailed as promised. The vehicle has swirls all over. I made the sales man and main manager aware of the issue and an attempt was made to correct the issue. Upon return the car looked better but you could still see swirls in the paint. I looked in full sunlight and was disgusted at what I saw as you could see where the person who buffed the car used an electric buffer and buffed car in and up and down pattern leaving buff marks all along the side of the car making matters worse.The main manager offered to have it buffed again however I have lost confidence in their staffs ability to correct this issue and am afraid that our newly purchased 2016 Sonata will be further negatively impacted. Not to mention that with the two attempts to remove swirls the clear coat on the paint has also been impacted. It is disheartening and very disappointing to purchase a brand new vehicle and know that there are issues that originated and could not be corrected at the dealership we purchased this vehicle from. I don't know what could be done at this point but my faith in this particular dealership is in question. I currently stand a dissatisfied customer wanting a solution to have this corrected. I would prefer for this to be handled at a professional body shop equipped to handle this type of issue. As it stand I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless I see action to correct this. This such action would show me that the dealership stands behind its brand and loyalty to customer hence earning my trust and future business. A customer who walks out of a dealership financing $28,000 on a brand new vehicle should not have to settle for a car in a less than excellent condition. More
