I took my vehicle in for a full detail. They did a great job & it's always a pleasure when Debbie is my service advisor. We are so impressed with the St. Augustine Hyundai dealer! We took both of our 2012 Hyundais in for an oil change. They gave us the appointment on very short notice (wow!), and were so friendly and dealer! We took both of our 2012 Hyundais in for an oil change. They gave us the appointment on very short notice (wow!), and were so friendly and helpful. I had printed out a coupon for the oil change, and left it on the kitchen counter at home. I thought I would end up paying full price, but they said they would honor the coupon anyway. As it turned out, they discovered that I had 2, unused free oil changes that were part of my new car deal, and although that offer was expired, they honored it anyway! This wasn't something I remembered or asked about; they just did it on their own. I'm so glad that we bought our cars there! More

Although I took my car to another dealership and also received great customer service, my car was not fixed and the service department did not take my complaint seriously. I opted to have my car towed to your dealership knowing I would have to pay. I'm so glad I did. Not only is Cheryl great at her job, she was kind and listened to my concerns. She did not rush me, kept me informed at all times, and she was a joy to deal with. I told Hyundai that even if I had to carry my car on my back to get it to your dealership, I would because not only was my car fixed this time correctly, Cheryl was awesome. Fantastic service. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. We were taken ahead of our appointed appointment time and was shown a comfortable place to wait with refreshments offered. This is my 4th Hyundai, each of which has been a great car. The price is great and the quality is superb. I had a minor problem with a coating rubbing off my leather steering wheel, and they just put a wh car. The price is great and the quality is superb. I had a minor problem with a coating rubbing off my leather steering wheel, and they just put a whole new steering wheel on! Brenda (I think) and the other lady working in service are superb. I get a free wheel, then a car wash and vacuum. Then, to top it off, I get this debit card for Hyundai 'misstating' the MPG...really cool, and totally unnecessary (besides, I get the mileage they said I'd get!). I'm Hyundai for life, and St. Aug.
