The stereo system in my Santa Fe got messed up so I called Kirk and he was able to get me in as soon as I could get to the dearership. They checked out the stereo, were unable to fix it so ordered a ne called Kirk and he was able to get me in as soon as I could get to the dearership. They checked out the stereo, were unable to fix it so ordered a new one which came in only two days later. They called, I responded and now I have a new perfectly working stereo system. They are very thorough, friendly and easy to work with at Hyundai of St. Augustine. I always take my car there for service and they are so kind and helpful. More

we had a problem with what we thought were the brakes and it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Te it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Technician. The car was warmed up though so we couldn't get it to replicate, so I left it and they kept it for 2 days and found it was the transmission and fixed it. They were all very courteous, and gave me a loaner( a brand new Sonata, ) I will definitely refer people to them for both service and sales. I love Hyundais and have owned 4 so far and will continue to buy them. Keep up the great work Helen King More
Visit this time was for regular service. The car was ready when promised. Excellent Dealership! My wife and I visit the area on an annual basis but plan to live here in the distant future. We both drive new Hyundai vehicles and can rely on everyone at this dealership. My wife has contacted them for strange brake "noises" and I had a nail in one of my tires due to travel. Summer servicing appointments are fast and very reasonable. They always check for updates on our vehicles and inspect everything so we are prepared for travel back north. This dealership ALWAYS treats each instance as a priority. I have corresponded with Ryne M. who is in charge of internet sales. He also has been very personable and up to date with mailings. Pricing appears to be very fair and we look forward to a long partnership! More

I was able to set my appointment to my schedule, my car was taking right in and worked on. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and let me know the status of my car as it was being worked on. There are two people I would like to commend. First the manager Kirk Guillotte who when I called him to tell him my car would not shift out of drive, he walked me through how to use the shift release butto manager Kirk Guillotte who when I called him to tell him my car would not shift out of drive, he walked me through how to use the shift release button and told me if it happens again to bring the car in. Within 5 minutes of speaking with him it happened again, but this time thanks to Kirk I was able to release it and drive directly to the Hyundai of St. Augustine service department. Kirk treated me with a great deal of respect. He was concerned and did not treat me like a 65 year old woman who who doesn't know what she is talking about. After a while William Jennings (the other person I would like to commend) came out and said it seems to be working now. They could not understand why it did not work before, but if it ain't broke don't fix it. 8 days later the very same thing happened. This time I was in my garage when it would not go out of gear. I called and was told to come in. When I did they assured me that this time they would not release the car to me until they found out what was causing this problem. True to their word, William found the problem and fixed it. I have had no trouble with the car since and feel confident that if I ever do have a problem these two gentlemen will back me up.
