I purchased my car in August. Every time we have visited the dealership I have been amazed at the wonderful individualized service that is offered. They offered a generous trade in value for my car without any haggeling. Next day I called to say I would purchase the car and it was ready when I got there. Deal was done and I was on my way back home in an hour. They even set up my phone. My recent visit was for the 7500 mile service. In no time my car was ready so I could leave in a clean car to finish my Christmas shopping. (my car needed a bath bad) More

I would recommenend this dealership to any body that I know. My last five vechile's were Hyundai and my next will also be a Hyundai.I have used other Hyundai dealers and did not want to go back to them. W know. Purchased 2010 Elantara Touring in October 2010. Have had all maintenance and repairs done at this dealership. This visit was for 30k maintenance. In the past 14 months I have found this dealership to be not all maintenance and repairs done at this dealership. This visit was for 30k maintenance. In the past 14 months I have found this dealership to be nothing but helpful and courteous on any and all issues. In 40 years of car buying from dealerships, this is the most friendly and courteous staff, from sales, to finance, to service I have experienced. Have owned Toyotas and Hondas for past 32 years. Both have seen their quality slip in recent years. Hyundai was an affordable alternative. Still own a 2004 Toyota Matrix and a 2000 Civic. If memory serves me, the Toyota Matrix 30k maintenance is a bit less expensive. Will be comparing the invoices after Christmas. On the other hand the 2010 Matrix with the same features listed $2,500 more than the Elantra Touring. The proof will be at 100k and 200k if the cost of ownership difference stays the same. So far, 14 months and 30k miles, a great price value relationship from a great dealership. More

Last month I took the car in for an oil change Hyundai of St. Augustine. The purchase was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have. Last month I took the car in for an oil change and the recall service on the steering wheel. The people there are always very polite and professional. Making an appointment with the service department people on the phone is very quick and pleasant. I was immediately served at the check-in point. They got everything I need lined up and waiting for me before I got there. Mr. Kirk Guillotte explained to me why and what they did to take care of the recall. They also went one step further to compensate their customers for the time and inconvenience that caused by the recall with a few nice surprises. My car is always washed from every visit I made to the service department at Hyundai of St. Augustine. I am glad that I found a car dealer who fully delieve what they believe is valuable to their customers and to the betterness of their dealership business. More
Our Hyundai Veracruz broke down on the way from NC to FL. Roosevelt Ramsubhag drove out to I-95 and picked our family up and took us to the dealership. Having your vehicle break down on the interstate was stressful enough, but Roosevelt made the entire experience stress free. He provided us a vehicle so we could continue on with our vacation and took care of making sure our vehicle was serviced and ready to go for our trip back to NC. The service provided was outstanding. They even washed our car for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. More
