What also turned the experience even better was when I stopped by to ask a question in the service dept, I recognized Debbie who was at Honda before and when I went to Honda, I loved dealing with her b/c she was so effecient and the only one that kept the customer up to date on what was going on with the car instead of just "leaving them " sitting there for an hour with no acknowledgement. I often watched her as I am big in customer service at my job and thought, "wow, hard to find people like her"! So I was so happy to see she was now at Hyundai! You couldn't get any better as far as I am concerned! Honda's loss but a big gain for Hyundai Corp! I purchased my car in August. Every time we have visited the dealership I have been amazed at the wonderful individualized service that is offered. They offered a generous trade in value for my car without any haggeling. Next day I called to say I would purchase the car and it was ready when I got there. Deal was done and I was on my way back home in an hour. They even set up my phone. My recent visit was for the 7500 mile service. In no time my car was ready so I could leave in a clean car to finish my Christmas shopping. (my car needed a bath bad) More
