This is my Third car I have purchased from Paul Smathers at Hyundai of St Augustine. That friendly smile that greets you, Paul's caring attitude lets you know you're in the Best Hands to be in for a joyful, excellent adventure of finding, exactly, what you're looking for. I returned to pick up my Santa Fe Turbo, late after 7 pm on a cold rainy day, and there was Paul, waiting patiently to take the time, which by the way took 2 hours to go over all the wonderful new features, benefits of my new purchase. That's just like Paul, the customer is his only priority! My family and I will always be back, because we are treated like family at this dealership. The owner, Andrew's door is always open to sit and chat to see how you are personally and that I was being treated well and happy with my experience. Every one at this dealership takes Pride in what they do down to the Service Dept, who are the best in their field. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I had a Sonata which I had loved but had 73,500 miles on it. I was ready to move up and wanted a Genesis. II could not afford a new one. Ron spent 4 plus hours with me Friday. We drove 6 cars trying to obta it. I was ready to move up and wanted a Genesis. II could not afford a new one. Ron spent 4 plus hours with me Friday. We drove 6 cars trying to obtain the ride I wanted for a price I could afford. He suggested finally a used and found one with minimal miles. He helped get it in to St. A from wherever it was. Got it cleaned and checked Saturday among the other service appointments and then helped me negotiate the price to meet my needs. I feel extremely well taken care of. I am happy with the car, I got a Genesis with considerably lower mileage than my Sonata. Joe got the 100,000 mile 10 year warrenty included. I could not be happier. Thank you all. More
