Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Although, I am quite surprised in regards to your "Fraud" accusation, I am more surprised numbers were agreed to long before your 5 hour drive. Both you and your husband were in complete agreement with the numbers discussed. Our website clearly states on every vehicle, "PUBLISHED PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE TO CORRECT ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OR IN THE EVENT OF INVENTORY FLUCTUATIONS. SALES TAX, TITLE, LICENSE FEE, USED VEHICLE INSPECTION FEE, REGISTRATION FEE, DEALER DOCUMENTARY FEE, FINANCE CHARGES, EMISSION TESTING FEES AND COMPLIANCE FEES ARE ADDITIONAL TO ANY ADVERTISED PRICE. THE PRICE DOES NOT REFLECT ANY DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS OR ACCESSORIES." Despite the price being changed days after your initial inquiry, management, along with myself, agreed to the previous sales price plus a significant discount to our dealer addendum (Also clearly illustrated on our website). Along with agreeing to finance the vehicle, you also wanted additional money for your trade in order to earn your business, we did just that! Gap was never discussed due to the amount financed and the warranty was something you agreed to before going into finance. We went above and beyond to assist you in your vehicle acquisition.

The agreed-upon price before we drove down was $20,589 according to the breakdown they provided including "Taxes & Fees". After we had already driven a couple of hours Bryan canceled that deal and said he couldn't honor it because the dealership would lose money. He said, "I can do that price only if you finance. We get a kickback by having the option of GAP and extended warranty." We agreed to finance part of the vehicle and never agreed GAP or the extended warranty would be included. Bryan will lie but please follow the link for proof. We asked for the pricing after the increase and they provided it. We were never offered, quoted, or accepted GAP or an extended warranty until we arrived at the dealership.
