Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. It took the dealership 45 days to pay off my trade in which in turn ended up hitting my even though they assured me they would take care of it. Great experience. Jessica in sales and Fabian in finance were great. They made the car buying experience in this car shortage time very easy. Mr. Early also made this experience seamless and a joy. The initial experience was good we thought. Until we realized that we got “salesman’d” I walked in with a price I did NOT want to pay per month. And that’s exactly what I got plus some… there was no tra realized that we got “salesman’d” I walked in with a price I did NOT want to pay per month. And that’s exactly what I got plus some… there was no transparency at all. I wasn’t even told what I was given for my trade in. I wasn’t even told which bank I was financed through. It was also POORLY explained that we apparently were given a “loan” for our down payment that we said we weren’t putting down? So now I have even more a month to pay. We found out how much it would be a month AFTER we left in an email. We were just flooded with information about the car and random things to hide all that I listed above… Because it probably would have prevented this sale had we known. I wasn’t shown any features my car even has. We sat there forever waiting around, so he had plenty of time to show us while they were running numbers. We wanted to leave to get lunch and he acted kind of reluctant, to which he eventually let us take the new car (probably to prevent us from leaving and changing our minds) and then was just sent on our way after the sale. Later we discovered that we have a window that has to be fixed. And not even a week after we have had the car, one of the strips on the roof of my car flew off while we were driving. Overall we have not been happy with any of it. Love the car. But that’s about it. The entire experience was just kind of shady. More
I would never give them my money again. They’re ripping people off!! There is little to no communication when it comes to getting something done. I just want my money back since I’ve had my car for 3 weeks people off!! There is little to no communication when it comes to getting something done. I just want my money back since I’ve had my car for 3 weeks and it took 2 weeks to get it in service for transmission issues and they can’t find the problem. I wasn’t given floor mats to begin with, and I did ask for them and the detailing job was never done since there was pet hair in the back seats oh the car. I’m very disappointed with the service all around. Nobody ever calls you back when they say they are, I’m tired of making 30 minute trips just to get lied to. More
My Wife and I visited Hyundai of Silsbee on September 10, 2021 to look at vehicles. We found a 2022 Hyundai Palisade we liked, so we went forward with the purchase. We traded in my wife's 2014 Jeep Wrangler 2021 to look at vehicles. We found a 2022 Hyundai Palisade we liked, so we went forward with the purchase. We traded in my wife's 2014 Jeep Wrangler that day, and signed the paper work for the trade and the new vehicle. About almost a month goes by, so around October 05-08, I get an email from where we had my wife's previous vehicle financed through that they were going to add a 1400 insurance policy as the vehicle was no longer covered. I made a phone call to the Credit Union and found out that my trade had not been paid off. Almost a whole month had went by and the loan for the vehicle we traded in was still in our name. on Oct 15, the loan was 15 days over the due date. I called the dealership to find out what was going on, and I was told from one of the account ladies (Heidi) that her Manager (Iris Roubique) said "they were behind on payoffs , but it would get paid off." I took that for what it was worth, but let Heidi know I was not satisfied with her managers reasoning. I called the credit union back the next day and the loan department said that was an unexceptional response, and that they needed to send a pay check over night to the credit union. When I called the Dealership back, I was put on hold and forwarded to the Accounts Manager (Iris Roubique). As I was waiting on hold, I had pulled up to Sonic to order my son a drink. As the lady came on the loud speaker for me to order, the dealership account manager (Iris) also came on the line. I asked her politely to hang one moment ma'am and I placed her on mute for 5 seconds to order. When I unmuted her, I said I am sorry and she instantly began digging in to me how Rude it was to put her on hold. That I called her, she didnt call me looking for answers and just completely was disrespectful. She began explaining to me why the loan wasn't paid in a completely rude and unprofessional tone, and when I even began to raise my voice about the situation she hung up on me. I called back and reported this to the Sales manager (Bruce), and he assured me he would let the owner (Dale Early) know of the situation. I told him that I personally wanted to speak to Mr. Early about his employees behavior and lack of professional customer service etiquette. I still have not heard back from any one regarding her unprofessional handling of the situation. She wasn't the only employee that came off as being unprofessional. When I called back the second time and asked to speak to Mr. Bruce, the employee that answered the phone asked me why I needed to speak to him. Not oh let me check and see if he is available, his response was "WHY". If a zero was a rating for their Finance department, that is what they would get. I would specifically not recommend shopping this dealership just strictly on the way the financing department handles business. Not only how poorly they handled the transaction with my trade, but also on their unprofessionalism. More
