The worst service ever. My car has been there for 3 payments and we just got it back and the AC is still not working. The experience was absolutely the most convoluted and disrespectful experience I have had to date purchasing a car. I try my best to keep my cool in all situations and when I was called a MotherFer by th disrespectful experience I have had to date purchasing a car. I try my best to keep my cool in all situations and when I was called a MotherFer by the manager because my deal was unable to go through and I was only asking if I would be able to recover my deposit the same day. I still kept my cool. I would recommend purchasing your next vehicle from any other dealership before attempting to work with a team of disrespectful “sales people” as a business owner of a small company I know the value of just 1 customer. As the man said to me they will not change anything for just one at Hyundai of Silsbee and he is most certainly correct. If I were more important to them then my seemingly low deposit of $3500 that they said will be release to me on their time perhaps I could affect change within what they called a multi million dollar company. However they choose to treat me as irrelevant and with continued disrespect. I hold no esteem for this company and urge anyone considering a Hyundai purchase to make the trip to a different lot. More

We came from Louisiana to make a deal. One dealer told me and my wife that we couldn’t afford it . Next dealer tried to sell me a 2020 for the same price as a 2022.
