We very much liked working with Michelle Curran. We told her first thing that we were looking for a used car and she did not pressure us at all into considering a new vehicle. Unfortunately, Michelle was in a car accident and we were not able to work with her again during the week. We appreciated the help Joe Lawlor gave in arranging the financing for us, and in fixing the few minor things that were found wrong on the vehicle. The only downsides to our experience was the fact that we only received one key to the car and now have to take additional time and money in getting a second key, and after being called to say the car was ready, we had to wait a while upon arriving as the car hadn't been inspected yet. More

We had some initial problems with the car and he stuck with us and followed through until we were totally satisfied. This time, Joe was our salesman and he picked up from where Tony left off. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful during our initial research as well as all the way through the sales process. He was low pressure and friendly throughout the process. Of course price is the most important factor in buying a car, but given that most dealers are quick to 'match' any other dealers pricing, we went with the dealership that provided us with the best service.
