Overall experience was very positive after a couple of really bad visits to other local Hyundai dealers. I went through my insurance company to negotiate a purchase price before arriving. Not only did Hyundai of Plymouth match the negotiated price - they beat it once I arrived. The only minor negative (and this is common to buying *any* new car) was refusing the onslaught of 'extras' that could be added to the purchase of the car. Joe B and Tony are good guys, and made the experience a pleasure. I walked in with my trade and walked out with exactly the car I wanted in two hours - totally impressed! Don't let the looks of the dealership itself fool you, this place is great! More

We very much liked working with Michelle Curran. We told her first thing that we were looking for a used car and she did not pressure us at all into considering a new vehicle. Unfortunately, Michelle was in a car accident and we were not able to work with her again during the week. We appreciated the help Joe Lawlor gave in arranging the financing for us, and in fixing the few minor things that were found wrong on the vehicle. The only downsides to our experience was the fact that we only received one key to the car and now have to take additional time and money in getting a second key, and after being called to say the car was ready, we had to wait a while upon arriving as the car hadn't been inspected yet. More
