Dealing with Jim was great,he's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without resorting to high pressure sales tactics.The only thing I wasn't too happy with,is I felt there was a bit was able to answer all my questions without resorting to high pressure sales tactics.The only thing I wasn't too happy with,is I felt there was a bit of a "smoke and mirrors" tactic used in getting me to buy an extended warranty plan,which I really didn't want.I suppose it was really my fault for not being more on guard.This in no way reflects on Jim,I still felt very comfortable in my dealings with him,he told me straight away that he really doesn't know much about the plans,it's something the finance person would have to talk to me about.(Really,most dealerships try to push these plans because it's gravy, so you have to be careful).I went to pick up the registration today and informed them that both key remotes are not working(yes I put in new batteries the right way).I was told to come back next week so their electronics specialist could try to figure it out. I've had a positive experience so far in my dealings with this place and trust that they will take care of this remote problem in a timely manner. More

This is a great dealership. My wife and I came in wanting to take a particular car for a test drive, and we were in that car with Joe Borsari and on the road in minutes. We came back and said we wan wanting to take a particular car for a test drive, and we were in that car with Joe Borsari and on the road in minutes. We came back and said we wanted to go drive a couple of other cars, a Honda and a Ford, and Joe very pleasantly said great, let us know if we can help after you've driven those cars. I was stunned. I was expecting the hard-press attempt to keep us in the building that we encountered at the other dealerships, but that's not how this dealership operates. Turns out the Hyundai GT was the car for us, and so we went back then next day to buy it, and we were in and out in not much more than an hour. It was the most amazing thing. I'm now driving an awesome new car, and I feel great about not just the car but about the whole experience. I absolutely recommend this dealership. Ask for Joe. More

Overall I had an excellent expeience with this dealer, much better than a year ago when it was under different ownership. Last year they had a much smaller inventory and they were way overpriced. Ryan showed me a couple of cars which met my requirements, and explained all the features. They even let me take a test drive to my wife's place of employment so she cold also see and test drive the car. Very easy to deal with. More

Overall experience was very positive after a couple of really bad visits to other local Hyundai dealers. I went through my insurance company to negotiate a purchase price before arriving. The only minor negative (and this is common to buying *any* new car) was refusing the onslaught of 'extras' that could be added to the purchase of the car. Joe B and Tony are good guys, and made the experience a pleasure. I walked in with my trade and walked out with exactly the car I wanted in two hours - totally impressed! Don't let the looks of the dealership itself fool you, this place is great! More
