My experience at Hyundai of Plymouth was a unique one, to say the least. But in the end, I'm so very pleased with the attention and care that my family and I received when we bought my brand new Elantra in A say the least. Being a young adult, this was my first experience buying a new car and if I had to do it over again, I'd go back to Hyundai of Plymouth in a heartbeat, thanks to both Ryan Steeves (our salesman) and Tony Kearney (business manager). Ryan and Tony did an amazing job at taking over this deal from the original salesman who quit unexpectedly mere hours before we arrived to pick up my car. Although I did not personally have the pleasure of meeting the original salesman, Ryan and Tony are the two gentlemen that deserve all the credit and a million thank you's for everything. Starting from the beginning, Ryan and Tony were both very prompt in introducing themselves to me personally, as I wasn't with my parents at the initial visit to the dealership, and made sure I was included in every aspect of the process. Ryan took over the deal seamlessly while Tony and another gentleman detailed and prepped the car like they were a NASCAR pit crew. My car was spotless and waiting with the license plates on it before we even finished the paperwork! Ryan explained in detail all the manuals, logs, and references that my car came with and Tony managed to keep my hot-headed mother at bay (such a saint for that!). Although I was hesitant to surrender the keys to my 1998 Mustang GT, Ryan and Tony raved about the new car and showed me all the bells and whistles that the Mustang could only dream of having. Needless to say, I drove off with a smile on my face. In a nutshell, Ryan and Tony handled a salesman MIA, a red-headed mother, and a teenager letting go of her Mustang GT with ease and grace, no easy task if you ask me. Every dealership should strive to be of the caliber that Hyundai of Plymouth is and I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a car. More
I went to buy a car and Ryan was our salesman. He was great. He let us take our time looking and he was not a pushy salesman.He was just Great.My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him.He w great. He let us take our time looking and he was not a pushy salesman.He was just Great.My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him.He worked with us, so that we could get the car that we wanted.I got the SUV that i wanted and i owe it all to Ryan.He was very pleasant to work with.I will tell everyone that i know to go to him.We also dealt with Bob,Joe and Tony.They were all very pleasant.In fact everyone that we talked to in the Dealership were great.We were very satisfied when we left there.Ryan should definately be rewarded for his work.I have never met a Salesman as pleasant as him to work with. This is my second Hyundai and my first time purchasing a car from Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth. This has been a wonderful experience, no playing games with pricing. IT was nice to take it for a test driv car from Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth. This has been a wonderful experience, no playing games with pricing. IT was nice to take it for a test drive to see how a turbo would drive. I had some options added to my car and every thing was done on time. They took the time to explaine all features of the car. It was my easiest experience with the finance office. I would definitely tell anyone I know who is thinking of buying a Hyundai to purchase it at Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth. I know that in the years to come that they will take care of any of my service needs. Thanks to all who put me in my new beautiful Genesis coupe. It is such a fun car to drive. Marie Seamon More

My wife and I did it all: we did the internet research, email contacts, price comparisons, test drives, and countless dealership visits. We probably talked to, emailed, and/or visited close to a dozen loca email contacts, price comparisons, test drives, and countless dealership visits. We probably talked to, emailed, and/or visited close to a dozen local dealerships. It can be an exhausting process. But once we found Tufankjian (Hyundai of Plymouth), they made it pretty easy for us to close the deal. They had the exact base model we were looking for (even after one dealership even claimed "there were no year-end base models left in New England") and we were able to match incentives and trade-in value to get the price we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, "real people" who made us comfortable in the process. We came away feeling good about our purchase, (no small task) and would recommend the dealership (special thanks to Courtney Ross and Joe Borsari, who were great) to any one of our friends or family. It's nice to deal with a dealership that is down to earth and operates more like a family business, (as opposed to so many of the high-pressure, high-stress places around the block). We believe we made a fair deal and would surely use them again. (I also highly recommend the internet pricing process to anyone, save yourself time and travel and aggravation). More

I bought a Hyundai Elantra at Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth and was very happy with the whole experience. I worked primarily with Ryan to look at and select a vehicle and Tony to arrange the financin Plymouth and was very happy with the whole experience. Both were upfront and pleasant to do business with, and I ended up driving off the lot with the car I wanted and an excellent warranty in case anything goes wrong in the future. More
