Jim took a lot of time with me and my wife trying to fit her to the right car. We test drove 6 different vehicles and were at the dealership for almost four hours. Jim was extremely helpful and had plenty of good advice and was very patient helping my wife navigate thru a maze of colors and vehichle choices. She decided on the Sonata Se edition and is estatic about her choice. Everyone at the dealership was great and I will reccommend this Tufankjian Dealership and Hyundai to everyone. I know they will be asking us when they see her new Sonata. Joe Lawlor walked us thru the options on purchasing and leasing. we deicded to lease. This was a great experience because everyone so so helpful. More
My boyfriend and I were in the market for a car so we decided to stop in just to look around and see what the dealership had to offer. From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated with incredib decided to stop in just to look around and see what the dealership had to offer. From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated with incredible respect and attention. Every question we had was addressed with incredible knowledge and explained in a way that was easy for us to understand. After spending some time with Joe and then meeting with James and test driving the car we were interested in we were so comfortable with the people there that it was hard to imagine taking our business anywhere else! The energy at this dealership is welcoming and warm. The associates do not pressure you in any way and this is what I loved most about the whole experience of buying this car! James (Jimmy) was a sweet man, funny and easy to talk to....just a nice person to be around! Joe is also a sweetheart and I feel good about giving these people our business. I would highly reccommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car in the area, this is an amazing place with high quality cars as well as super high quality people!! More
First, I called the dealership 30 minutes before it was going to close to see if I could come by and they told me that someone would be available for me. I was introduced to Alan who spent well beyond clo going to close to see if I could come by and they told me that someone would be available for me. I was introduced to Alan who spent well beyond closing time to help me find a car that fit my needs (and wants). I told him that I would not make the deal that night but would have an answer for him by the end of the weekend. I was going to purchase a different vehicle at a different dealership because it was a hybrid and had better gas mileage. Alan and I spoke for a bit, he did some searching and ran some numbers and was able to show me the Sonota Hybrid. I fell in love with the car. Alan was very patient and very helpful by anwering all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the Sonota. When I picked the vehicle up Alan spent quite some time showing me how to use all of the features and continued to answer all of my questions. I also received a phone call from him a few days later checking in to make sure I didn't have any additional questions and making sure the car was meeting all of my needs. Great experience. I would not hesitate to send people to this dealership and to Alan. More

Jim had a great product knowledge and was was able to place me in a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. I have owned 3 new Hyundai's and I love all of them, this time I bought a brand new Sante Fe and place me in a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. I have owned 3 new Hyundai's and I love all of them, this time I bought a brand new Sante Fe and it is awesome.. This buying experience was very relaxed and no pressure what so ever. So I have to say this dealership was aces and I would Highly recommend it to anyone. My experience at Hyundai of Plymouth was a unique one, to say the least. But in the end, I'm so very pleased with the attention and care that my family and I received when we bought my brand new Elantra in A say the least. But in the end, I'm so very pleased with the attention and care that my family and I received when we bought my brand new Elantra in April. Being a young adult, this was my first experience buying a new car and if I had to do it over again, I'd go back to Hyundai of Plymouth in a heartbeat, thanks to both Ryan Steeves (our salesman) and Tony Kearney (business manager). Ryan and Tony did an amazing job at taking over this deal from the original salesman who quit unexpectedly mere hours before we arrived to pick up my car. Although I did not personally have the pleasure of meeting the original salesman, Ryan and Tony are the two gentlemen that deserve all the credit and a million thank you's for everything. Starting from the beginning, Ryan and Tony were both very prompt in introducing themselves to me personally, as I wasn't with my parents at the initial visit to the dealership, and made sure I was included in every aspect of the process. Ryan took over the deal seamlessly while Tony and another gentleman detailed and prepped the car like they were a NASCAR pit crew. My car was spotless and waiting with the license plates on it before we even finished the paperwork! Ryan explained in detail all the manuals, logs, and references that my car came with and Tony managed to keep my hot-headed mother at bay (such a saint for that!). Although I was hesitant to surrender the keys to my 1998 Mustang GT, Ryan and Tony raved about the new car and showed me all the bells and whistles that the Mustang could only dream of having. Needless to say, I drove off with a smile on my face. In a nutshell, Ryan and Tony handled a salesman MIA, a red-headed mother, and a teenager letting go of her Mustang GT with ease and grace, no easy task if you ask me. Every dealership should strive to be of the caliber that Hyundai of Plymouth is and I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a car. More
