Circumstances led me to replace my vehicle, something I had not planned for at this time. I was introduced to Alan Favors, discussed a few different cars and options, my worries about purchasing were soon dispelled. Bob Hyman, Alan Favors and Tony Kearney took care of all my paperwork, titling and registration working around my sometimes crazy work schedule putting me at ease from the minute I walked through the door. I did my research and made inquiries online and Plymouth Hyundai provided the most detailed and competitive quote. I set up an appointment and on arrival I was greeted by Alan who was easy to speak with because he took the time to listen. Alan let me know what they had available on the lot and I test drove 2 vehicles, the one quoted online and the next model up that had special rebates available. In the end they were able to bundle a deal with all the options I was looking for in the next model up. I drove off in my new car with the final tally below the online quote at the same interest rate. I give them a "GREAT" in all categories of my experience with Alan and the strong team they have. They are right off Rt. 3 South in an area of Plymouth with fine restaurants so give them a try and enjoy the excellent dining. More

Jim Voveris was a pleasure to work with, he greeted us right away when we arrived at the dealership. We had planned on trading in our 2008 Santa Fe for the smaller Tuscon, but when he showed us the 2013 S right away when we arrived at the dealership. We had planned on trading in our 2008 Santa Fe for the smaller Tuscon, but when he showed us the 2013 Santa Fe Sport with a sleek new design, we loved it. Really loved the fully loaded, all the bells and whistles, but the price was out of our range. Looking into one with less options, Bob asked if that is what we really wanted, and of course we wanted the one with it all, he told us not to settle and Bob, Jim and John were able to work with us so we could have it all, we made that deal. John hunted high and low to get us in the color we wanted and was able to do it within a few days. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable, he sat in the car, explained all the functions, was very patient, answered all our questions plus, even during down time, waiting for paper work, he is very personable, enjoyed chatting with him, especially about his new granddaughter, he's such a proud grandfather! Having had my 2008 Santa Fe serviced at this dealership since moving down to Plymouth 3 years ago, I know my new 2013 will get great service with Bob and Brian taking care of it, which is one of the main reasons I wanted to buy my new car at this dealership.
