My mother and I had gone to another dealership, and were absolutely mortified by thier customer service. We were about to give up for the day, when we stopped at Hyundai of Plymouth, and were instantly gre absolutely mortified by thier customer service. He treated us as if we were old friends, and explained everything regarding the cars available and the features in great detail. He understood that my mother was on a limited budget, and did not try to "push" her into purchasing a car above her means. After purchasing a used Chevy Cruze, we asked about leasing options also, as I will be looking for a car in the next few months. Jim went to Bob to get us some figures, and together they explained the entire leasing process to us. Jim has even called us since then to let us know what the current lease options are. I have raved to everyone I know about how great Hyundai of Plymouth is, and I will definitely return there to purchase my next car from Jim! More

It was amazing how quick we were driving her new car off the lot. This was a very enjoyable car buying experience for my mother and I. Jake was so thoughtful and personable. He made us feel very comfortable right away. He really cared about what was best for my mother and asked all the right questions. Jake informed us very well on the car she selected and he knows his product very well. We did not feel overwhelmed at all. He was very mature and seems to be a natural in this business. Jake shared some of his personal life with us and it was so nice to get to know him a little. Everyone there was great... the sales manager, the finance guy...everyone!! After thorough research for the most dependable, stylish and value-oriented mid-size sedan, I selected the Hyundai Sonata ES with the Nav package and sunroof. Now that the car had been chosen, I wanted to find the best dealership for price, friendliness, quality service and ease of doing business with. I visited a few dealerships in the area which will remain nameless. I was very disappointed with the bait and switch advertising practices and heavy handed sales techniques. They were simply there to "sell" me a vehicle, any vehicle. Finally, I went to Hyundai of Plymouth....no need to search any further. These guys and ladies were extremely friendly and made me feel totally at ease throughout the entire acquisition process. In fact, their great customer service was evidenced the day before I even went to the dealership. I contacted the Internet Sales Manager, Courtney Ross. Courtney was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I described which model (Hyundai Sonata ES) and the options I was looking for and if she could provide me with a price. We had several emails back and forth discussing different monthly payments depending on the amount of deposit. I made copies of those emails to bring to the dealership because I have been burned before. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted promptly and with a smile. I was introduced to Courtney, who was even more pleasant than the previous day. She introduced me to Jake Eldredge who was the salesman. When I met with the Sales Manager, Joe Lawlor, and Salesman Jake Eldridge, the monthly payments were not exactly as Courtney said....they were $7 lower than expected. Now how often does that happen at a car dealership. I can be a bit finicky about certain things, especially a car that I will be driving for the next few years. Jake was extremely patient, professional and low key throughout the entire process. He knew that car inside an out. But Jake went way beyond the call of duty working with me and my quirkiness. Given that the Sonata had sooooo many technology features such as the BlueLink system, I decided to upgrade my phone to synch with my new Sonata. I still cant believe that I can start my car, turn on its lights, unlock / lock the doors, beep the horn, provide self diagnostics, alarm notification, and many other features all with my CELL PHONE. Are you kidding me that is awesome!! And Jake walked me through every step of the way. Not only that, but he assisted me in programming my phone, creating a Gmail account so that I could load other apps on to my phone, and all the Bluetooth settings. Jake explained every facet of the car and even introduced me to the dealership's service manager and arranged for my first FREE appointment after 1000 miles. I would also like to give a shout out to Marc Danner who got all the financing, registration, plates, insurance and plates, all within 24 hours. This was the best car dealership experience I ever had. Two thumbs up for Hyundai of Plymouth, you guys are the best. More
