Easiest car purchase ever! Our last Hyundai purchase was not a good one, thank heavens the dealership changed hands and staff, because we would have left. We would be shown a lot of cars that we couldn't afford and then the sales people would try to get us to put more down or up our paymens. This was not our experience at THIS dealership. Sam handled our purchase..first he LISTENED to what we wanted financially and then he steered us toward the cars that best suited our needs. Our total time there was probably under 2 hours and that included financing and everything. Perfect. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. More

Jake and the whole team over at Tufankjian Hyundai were fantastic! I like to do my homework before buying a new car, so I had a good idea about the car we wanted and the price I should be paying for it. I' fantastic! I've purchased cars before at other dealerships and had to twist arms to get that great deal. Since I haven't purchased from Tufankjian before, I thought there might be some of the back and forth "wheeling and dealing" stuff, and I was ready for it. There was non of that. They offered me a price that was a shave BELOW what the research told me was fair right out of the gate, and we got the exact car we wanted! My wife works just down the street from the dealership so the location is convenient, but I was ready to go as much as a hundred miles for that perfect deal. Imagine my surprise when the great deal was in my backyard! On top of that, every single employee is focused on the customer, especially Jake. He explained everything we wanted (and needed) to know about our car, and the process of buying it, without going overboard. (hard to do with all the technology in cars today) Words like Humble, Kind, Patient, Informed, Genuine, come to mind when thinking about all the staff. I can't remember the last time I would say those things about car guys. Honesty is everything in business, and car sales always gets hammered for not being up front. Jake and the rest of the guys were straight up from the get go. They never pushed anything that wasn't necessary and really, really listened. I couldn't be more impressed.
