Best Car buying experience I've ever had..by a mile.. I came in looking for a great deal on an AWD Vehicle and really nothing else would work as my 7 year old Hyundai Tucson still performed like new, but, I came in looking for a great deal on an AWD Vehicle and really nothing else would work as my 7 year old Hyundai Tucson still performed like new, but, alas was not AWD. I took a few test drives and found one that at right price would get me to buy in. We gave each other our best price/offer and were not able to make deal happen and with 0 pressure i was thanked for my time and the drive to Plymouth from the Cape and told if I changed my mind to come back. Upon getting home I took out calculator and realized we were only a few hundred dollars away from my target amount including payment/downpayment et al, and I e-mailed (not the Dealer pressuring me to buy) the Internet manager and pointed this out and suggested we split the difference since it was so close and make a deal. No more than a very few minutes later i get an E-Mail congratulating me on my new car at the compromised price i suggested and asked when i wanted to come in and close the deal. The following morning I came in and after the usual gut wrenching time between shaking hands and actually seeing the paperwork which usually has none of the same numbers discussed and ALWAYS seems to be a lot higher than discussed I was shocked to sign paperwork with either exactly the price/Dollars quoted or even somewhat more in my favor than discussed. They quickly and efficiently cleaned/prepped car, did all the paperwork and plates, Inspection sticker and I was quite happily on my way with brand new AWD 2104 Hyundai Tucson, thank you very much for first ever Pleasant experience in buying/leasing a new car! I will and in fact already have Highly recommended this dealership to friends , family including my 23 y.o. son who went from keeping his old ride forever to thinking about buying one of these now, as he is so impressed with ours. I was looking for a new car and really liked one that was advertised online. He let me take it for an extra loop during the test drive so I could get a thorough experience. I was offered a great trade-in value for my car which was helpful in making the car more affordable. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and explained everything to me clearly so I walked away feeling confident about my purchase and the warranties offered. Overall, I had a wonderful experience! EDIT: Make sure to have them complete all of the paperwork/documentation tasks WHILE YOU ARE THERE, for I have experienced low follow through. I picked up my car on a Saturday, so the registration had to wait to be completed on Monday. I asked them to mail it to me and said I would mail the receipt for my inspection sticker back to them. When I called on Tuesday, they had not yet mailed it out, and had to send it out in Wednesday's mail- two days after they originally said they would mail it when I bought the car. I had also asked them to fax the paperwork to a different insurance company that I was planning on switching to later in the week (I was ending with one company that would provide me coverage for the first 4 days I had the car, then switching). They only faxed it to my current insurance, even though the day I picked up my car I provided them with the fax number for the NEW insurance company. When I called back on Tuesday, they said it had been sent. I talked with my insurance agent that evening and they had not received it. I called on Wednesday (now 3 business days after purchasing my car, 1 day before my new insurance should be starting) and they had not yet faxed it. I asked them to fax it and then e-mail me back with a confirmation. It is past 7pm and I still have not received a confirmation. I changed several of my "5"s to "3"s on the ratings as I think customer service and quality of work includes follow through on important things- like making sure the registration and paperwork necessary for insurance companies are sent in a timely manner. I should not have had to call the dealership several days later to remind them to do these things. My advice--have them do those things in front of you while you are buying the car, do NOT rely on them to complete it in a timely manner after you leave! More

She was given a price parameter to work with and never pressured me to look outside of my budget. She spent two separate days working with me, and when I made the decision on which car to purchase, she had the car ready to go and in my possession in less than 24 hrs! The vehicle (2010 Toyota Camry) is in immaculate condition and I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle! Working with Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth was a very, very pleasant experience. I certainly will refer any people I know to Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth in the future. Ask for Katie Olsen, and tell her Karen Soule sent you! More

I went to this dealership based on an specific make/model internet search. I had no experience with this dealership. My wife and I were extremely satisfied. The salesperson, Katie, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. All questions were answered and when needed we were given space to comfortably make decisions. The negotiation was straight forward and reasonable. The teamwork between salesperson, sales managers and credit manager was seamless. I would highly recommend these guys and will consider them again for future purchases. More

( we had been to several dealerships over the last month with adds mailed to us, and were greeted with laughter, eyes rolls, directions to beaches, pie resepies, as well as being ignored quickly when asking to see the car in the add.) Carey offered a test ride but I wanted to run the numbers fist. In less than 15 min, I had a professional, easy to read, printed out estimate of the car's cost, file fees, tax and estimated payments based on 0 up to what we were putting down with 48-72 month payment options to choose from. To my surprise it started at the price advertised and went down from there; we paid a good deal less than the advertised price… (My latest experiences was a rushed explanation with a bunch of chicken scratch on a piece of scrap paper, and always seemed to find a way to tell me why the car was at least $2,000 more than the add, after which they added shipping fees, storage, tax, file fees, est., before we were offered any of the Hyundai incentives advertised on Hyundai USA) We only paid file fees, reg and tax with Carey, and that was a first! Carey and Mark worked with a number of lenders to find us the best loan rate for us, and in the end we had payments $30 less per month then the original estimate. It took Carey Worrall about an hour to run the numbers, let us have a test ride and close the deal. We even had her run a side by side comparison with another accent from start to finish in the same hour. (When I bought my 2010 accent 4 years ago, it took me an hour of negations just to start at the advertised price, and the dealer I went to in Feb, with an add, it was more than a two hour wait to tell us the car was $3,800 more than the add.) From what we experienced there appears to be a great team of go getters with their mind on customer service. Not only did they get us in the door with their add, we stayed because they honored it, we bought because they lowered it and we went home pleased with a new car due to it. More
I have to say this is probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. I stopped at the lot with my son and was greeted by Carey Worrall. Carey was awesome in showing me the features available for each model we looked at. Over two days they let me take home a Hyundai Sonata and a Hyundai Tuscon. I needed a bit more time to drive and ensure the model was right for me. Before I left Joe Lawlor and Carey both presented me with a price quote with no pressure what so ever. The team really stands up to their promise of Honest, Straightforward, and Easy. In the end, I purchased a 2013 Sante Fe from the team. Again the process was very simple the price was the price and nothing changed during the financing process. Carey and Joe are very personable and friendly. I had to wait at the dealership for an hour or so waiting for my wife to pick me up and it was great to just have some good conversation with both Joe and Carey about family, sports etc. The team at Hyundai of Plymouth is truly awesome and I'm so happy with the purchase of my Santa Fe. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I believe Hyundai of Plymouth is a hidden gem. You should definitely check them out before any purchase. More
