Best Car buying Experience by Far! Let me first start by saying. I found this dealership on Cars.Com.We drove from Rhode Island so we were hoping the vehicle price was as advertised and to our surprise it was. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sam Brandt. Sam was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we came to buy. Sam was very attentive to our needs, so much so that he realized that our 6 year old daughter was getting very hungry after being at the dealership over 3 hrs. Sam offered our daughter a sandwich from the catered lunch that was brought in for the sales staff. After getting our 6 year old's belly filled it was time to sign on the dotted line and drive away in our new Santa Fe Sport. Outstanding, no stress, no hassle, no pressure This is my first new car buying experience. I wasn't sure what I would face, but assumed I'd be on my guard, haggling over price, financing and everyt This is my first new car buying experience. I wasn't sure what I would face, but assumed I'd be on my guard, haggling over price, financing and everything in between. My experience was NOTHING like that. I sat down with Chris, who had been at the dealership only 3 days, but still knew his stuff. Anything he didn't know, he checked on for me. I had all my questions answered and was asked several times if there were any other questions I had thought of since my last one. Instead of pressuring you into the car that makes them the greatest profit, the dealership asks you a series of questions about your preferences and lifestyle to find a car that fits you well. They asked me what I thought of leasing (I know leases make dealers the most money) and I said I preferred to buy. They did not ask me again about a lease. ZERO pressure. I have never been so relieved to find an experience turn out so pleasant compared to my expectations. They got information about my credit situation and down payment first to avoid showing me anything I couldn't afford. Nice touch. Chris nailed it on the first car he showed me. I am used to looking at many options before making choices, so we walked the lot and he showed me the car in another color. After looking at the others available, it was clear he had picked the right car for me on the first try. I have credit issues, so Hyundai financing was the only option for me, which meant I had to buy new.They made sure I understood exactly why they showed me the car they did and went over the car's features with me inch by inch. Nothing was overlooked through the entire process. The staff worked as a team, with four different people helping me. No one had to repeat questions to me. They were all on the same page. I could have looked at other dealers and other financing options, but my experience was so pleasant, I went with the flow. I plan to refinance in a year when my credit improves and plan to go back to Hyundai for that because the staff was so overwhelmingly enjoyable! I was very impressed with the way Chris could acknowledge any negatives I brought up about the car without seeming put off buy it. He recognizes that no car is perfect and we discussed solutions (such as - the car has no spare tire, instead comes with a flat kit -- during winter I may need to add weight to the trunk). Because I did not have existing insurance, I had to wait until Monday to get an insurance binder and take my car. Chris drove me and my kids home and then picked me up on Monday, stopped by the agency so I could get the binder and drove me up to the dealership. If they had been busy on Monday, that probably wouldn't have been an option, but I'm glad they went out of their way to help me get there and back. They were able to issue the plates right there as part of the drive program. Another Chris at the dealership went over certain costs I can expect so I would not be unpleasantly surprised by them. He went over the cost of tires for the car, the cost of replacement keys (not cheap!), service and maintenance fees, etc. I thought that was a really nice touch. This Chris also sat and chatted with me when I was waiting for my salesman Chris to get the car inspected before I could drive it away. Very thoughtful to keep me company while I waited. Who does that? How nice! If you need a car and you don't want to haggle or play head games, go to Hyundai of Plymouth! More

We explained what we specifically were looking for in a vehicle and she was very thorough in showing us exactly the types of vehicles that fell into our price range and had the features we were looking for. Carey was knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to show us the various features that each of the cars which facilitated our decision making process. In less than 1-1/2 hour, we decided on a vehicle for purchase and the agreement was drawn up. We were thoroughly pleased with our visit to the dealership, not only with the purchase price of the vehicle (used), but also the price we received on our trade in. We would recommend this dealership and Ms. Worrall to our friends and family and we will be sure to return to Hyundai of Plymouth for future vehicle purchases. More
