Dealing with slick sales people and pushy sales managers just isn't fun. That was not the case at all at Hyundai of Plymouth. Our salesman, Sam Brandt, was professional, easy going and very easy to work with. In fact, everyone at the dealership was great. Certainly they wanted to sell me a car but they never gave me the pushy high pressure approach that most dealerships use. We made a deal that we both were happy with and I have a car I like very much and they have the sale they wanted. The next time I am looking for a Hyundai I will make Hyundai of Plymouth my first stop. More

Great Experience We received a letter from this dealership offering a deal that seemed too good to be true but since we had some time we stopped by to check it out. She kept us appraised of the progress they were making to find the exact car we wanted and was knowledgeable/experienced enough to either answer our questions directly or get the answer(s) from someone else. I definitely would recommend her to my family and friends. The finance guys: Marc, during the sales process, and Joe, who worked to finance the vehicle and complete the paperwork, certainly knew their numbers and were happy to explain or resolve any questions or concerns. When it came time to purchase my car the negotiations were intense, but I came out of it very pleased with the price I paid. Every member of this dealership I dealt with was very knowledgeable and fair. I never once felt like anyone from this dealership was predatory or out to make a buck at my expense. I bought an Elantra Limited that had just arrived at the dealership several hours before I got there. As a courtesy, my salesman filled the tank up with gas before giving me the keys. He programmed the car's features to my suitability and was the epitome of professional throughout my entire experience there. More
