Once I decided to purchase the car, we discussed my trade-in. I was not happy with the first offer. Told my salesperson, Carey what I wanted. She spoke to her manager and came back to shake my hand. My offer was accepted. I owned the car. No back-and-forth to haggle on the price. I also decided to purchase an extended warranty. Derek was great. Again, gave him my offer and he met it within a few hundred dollars. This is my third Sante Fe and by far the easiest purchase. The car is a year old with low mileage. It was very clean with a full tank of gas when I picked it up a few days later. Carey is very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. More

The entire process from test-drive to financing took two hours. I came back the next day to pick-up the car, and it had been detailed, inspected and filled with gas. I was so excited to drive off into the sunset with no further worries about details! I highly recommend working with Carey. Stewart made extra effort to show us different options, took us for a comprehensive test drive, long enough to know the car.
