The salesman was attentive but not pushy, and helped us find the car with the most important features to us. Even thought there was a wait to speak to the financing person (they were clearly very busy!) everyone was courteous, apologetic and attentive to our needs. This was our third Hyundai purchase from this dealership - it will not be the last. More

I first met the Sales team in 2013 when I traded my 1 year old Tucson for a 2014 with a backup camera. After putting 4000 miles on the new car, when I reported a "knock" in the engine that had been heard since day one, the service team worked and worked to fine the source and when they could not, they escalated to the Regional (or maybe National) Service Manager who approved REPLACEMENT OF THE ENGINE. This blew my mind, and cinched my loyalty forever! More

Hyundai Sonata Purchase I had a great experience at Hyundai of Plymouth. When I first expressed interest in a preowned car on their lot, their marketing person called me imme I had a great experience at Hyundai of Plymouth. When I first expressed interest in a preowned car on their lot, their marketing person called me immediately to set up an appointment to view the car. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday but decided to stop by after work on a Tuesday. I was met with a very happy to help sales person, Loretta. We spoke of my current car and how I needed to get out of it. If you are looking to purchase a Hyundai, please visit this location and ask for Loretta. They have a great team and Loretta did everything in her power to get us the best deal. I have purchased many cars in my life, but I have to say this is the first time I didn't experience the tricks that car dealers are known for. There was no sleight of hand or smoke and mirrors; we worked with real numbers and facts. I won't explain our entire situation but we were financially tipped in our car, she explained the current situation and how if we purchased a preowned car with our current car we would be worse off than we were now. She worked with spreadsheets (which was great for someone like me) showing the monthly payment, the months financed and interested rates on our current car situation. She then showed us options with a new car purchase. The financing with the new car worked out to be a far better deal than if we purchased a preowned car. Purchasing the new Hyundai Sonata turned out to be a better deal as we received a $6,000 credit on the car and received a good deal on our trade. Getting us out from my tipped situation and in to a car that was worth the price I was paying. Their finance guy was great too, he walked me through all the paperwork line by line. Overall great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership. More
