He asked questions to determine our needs and answered all our questions clearly. Once he determined our needs he was good about keeping us on target and letting us know if models/options we inquired about would be out of our price range. Our finance officer was Josh Switzer - he was FANTASTIC - getting us a great financing package. Frankly we went in that day withh a 2006 Sonata in need of what turned out to be major repairs. With us not wanting to sink big $ into a 10 year old car, he happily sat down with us to review possible options, including trade in/buyout of the Sonata. He determined our general price range to start and then went the extra mile to get us a financing package that would work for our budget - we really appreciated that. Another person we spoke to, about Sonata repairs, was Kat - she was very professional, courteous and communicates well, well organized and methodical - seems to keep the Service area moving right along from what we could tell. The repair items detailed in the mechanic's inspection were pretty consistent with what we already knew about the car. The two front desk women at the front desk while we were there were also very nice, checking in with us every so often to make sure we were comfortable while waiting. Long story short, we are really happy and grateful for the service we received, especially from Mike and Josh - just really a "Wow - did all that good stuff just really happen?" experience for us. We love the new Elantra as it's just perfect for us and fun and easy to drive! We'll happily recommend this dealership and the staff there to anyone we know looking for a car. THANK YOU! More

The only problem I have encountered with the experience is that the dealership could not find the second key to my car and the follow up promised has not panned out. My boyfriend and I have made numerous calls to the dealership to resolve the situation and we have been ignored. This, unfortunately, is changing my view of the whole experience. I expected prompt resolution to the situation and am sorely disappointed and concerned. More
