Don't buy a Hyundai Horrible experience with my new car purchase. Noticed paint flaws after three weeks of having the car and first wash. They are cloudy looking spot all over the entire car. Brought back to dealer and they confirmed there are flaws and their in house "miracle detailer" as they called him worked on my car all day and could not fix the issue cause it was not on the top of the clear coat . I would like to exchange my three week old car for another one without paint flaws. Been getting the run around for two and 1/2 weeks regarding this. They even did body work to one side panel without my permission! Horrible experience and biggest regret buying this Hyundai! Stay away people because they are all nice when you are looking to buy from them but after that they pass you from person to person instead of just providing good customer service. Oh best part, I first meet Lonnie and he says, "so your the pain in my xxx for today" nice Lonnie awesome customer service! Ugh!! More

buying the hyundaii sport I thought our help was all friendly. We bought a car that is nice but I thought is was the car that had ALL the options available on the Hyundaii sant I thought our help was all friendly. We bought a car that is nice but I thought is was the car that had ALL the options available on the Hyundaii santa fe sport as I had been told several times it was the top of the line and there was no need to worry about it having all the options in it because it had all the packages. When we got home we found out it didnt have a few of the options we thought it had and when we called the dealership the finance man told us actually there was a tech package I would have had to buy to get some of the options we were lookign for on our car. I was so disappointed as I had not gone over every option as I had been told repeatedly it had all the options. Still have not worked thru all this . I hope to go and get an appt to go over the car with someone there. I wasnot shown Blue link and have been getting emails about that and would like to know morehow to work the navigation etc. More
