He patiently answered all our questions, explained our options, and showed us how to operate all the features of the car. We communicated by email, made an appt, and drove all the way from San Francisco to Petaluma to purchase the car because Hyundai dealerships closer to us were either unresponsive, didn't seem familiar with their own inventory, didn't "hear" our needs and questions, and one even added an unacceptable last-minute stipulation after we agreed to a price. If all auto salespeople were like Ben, auto salesmen wouldn't have the lousy reputations they do. More
