They weren't pushy and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision like other car dealerships typically do. I was also very impressed that all the staff took the time to really focus on me and my needs. As a woman, car buying can be a rough process because salesmen don't always take women seriously or they severely underestimate a woman's intelligence and capability to make such an important, complicated purchase. This was not the case at Hyundai of Palatine. The staff all made me feel comfortable and took my needs and concerns seriously. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend Hyundai of Palatine to anyone who is car shopping. More

My sales person, Angel, was terrific and easy to work with. Angel greater me with a big smile and his energetic personality put me at ease. He was very determined and ambitious to obtain a deal; I wanted to lease a new Santa Fe Limited. I had a few months left on my Genesis G70 which had a greater blue book value then the residual value at the end of my lease. Angel, worked very hard with the GM, Dave, to get my business. They gave me much more than the Blue Book and really compromised with me to get the money payment to a very good and fair monthly payment. Also, at the end, Angel throughly went over all the technical details of how everything works.
