My questions were answered quickly, the pricing was the best I had compared and doing the paperwork was a breeze. I deplore hard sells or being pushed for something I said I didn't want. Dave listened and respected my desires and didn't push back on extras or add-on's. I actually enjoyed my car buying experience this time. Very accommodating and friendly. The Service Manager, Jim Gruman, was very helpful fixing the mechanical problem within a day. He personally introduced himself offering help at any time. Everything about my 2003 pontiac grand am was falsely advertised. Norm lost my financing paperwork with my monthly payment amount and had to rerun it. I ended up having to pay $50 more per month than I could afford. They could not provide a carfax or any mechanical or maintenance records for the vehicle. I was told I get a year parts and service. When I needed new rotors, they refused to honor the agreement. I would only recommend this place if I wanted to see someone go through financial ruin. If you're looking to buy a quality vehicle, go to Gary Lang Auto Group or Carmax. They are both honest and upfront about everything. When the grand am was totaled last Christmas, it was the best thing that happened to the vehicle. The other driver was at fault and his insurance paid off the car. All I can think of every time I see anyone on the lot is,"good luck fixing your credit after that purchase." More
