The first time I came I told him I wanted to test drive the car but was not ready to buy that day. He never pushed me to buy an ddidn't "bug me"on the phone. I came back about days later ready to buy. He found the car I wanted and made the whole process very simple and exactly what I was hoping for.He explained everything in detai and answered all of my many questions, some of the same questions many times. He made what for me was a difficult situation very helpful. He was very courteous. I have since called him several times with questions and he always responded and was very helpful. Great Salesman!!! This was my first experience buying a car, I had been to many dealers and felt pressured to buy just so the sales person could make a sale. When I w This was my first experience buying a car, I had been to many dealers and felt pressured to buy just so the sales person could make a sale. When I walked into Patrick Hyundai of Palatine, I was greeting by a sales person Dan Rose. He was excellent. He made the purchasing experience pleasant and was not pushy. Dan allowed me to really take my time to decide how I wanted to move forward. He listened and picked up quickly what I was looking for and never try to push me into something I didn't need. It took me 4 days to really decide the direction I wanted to take and Dan was very patient, didn't blow up my cell phone or try to make excuses while I was there why I should just close already. The atmosphere was also felt friendly and excepting. I would recommend Patrick Hyundai of Palatine to anyone who is looking to buy a car and would strongly recommend working with Dan Rose if you want to be treated with respect and like a person, not just another money ticket.
