I was not happy with service work done at another place, and I had tried Patrick Hyundai a couple of times and had liked them so far. For a major service work, I gave them an oppurtinity - they were able to work around schedules and give me a loaner car for the couple of days my Santa Fe was in the shop. The time estimate and the quality of work was very high. This has been the best service experience in last 5 years - credit goes to the service team in working well as a team (esp John). More

It was a very busy Saturday when I went in, my only issue was that my service took about an hour and half longer than they projected and told me it would. Honestly that's not a big deal and again they were super busy so I understand the reasoning for the delay. I would advise them to just do their best to give honest and accurate predictions on the time needed for the job just so nobody has false hopes. Overall good experience More

2015 Elantra Limited H-ELA Best choice and best experience ever. I went to visit Patrick Hyundai of Palatine, in search of a new vehicle. Of Course, I was expecting this dealers Best choice and best experience ever. I went to visit Patrick Hyundai of Palatine, in search of a new vehicle. Of Course, I was expecting this dealership to be like any other dealership (where you go and every employee hounds you, from the moment your foot hits the dealership pavement). To my surprise, I was given the opportunity to look around WITHOUT the lingering feeling that someone was watching. An extremely nice gentleman named David Polcik, greeted me as I made my way to the door, and made the entire car buying experience about me. I ended up driving off the lot in a brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited. This dealership is extremely clean, and all the staff are amazing. I would never think twice about purchasing another vehicle, without visiting Patrick Hyundai of Palatine. I truly have David to thank, for helping me have the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. Dave was so helpful with all my questions. I personally want to thank David Polcik as a sales representative and business manager Brian Wheeler for the best deal on financing my car. Love my new ride! More

He put us right on eased with his smile and personality. He did not try to push us in getting a more expensive brand. We already knew what we wanted. We have researched the car on the internet. We wanted the Elantra 2014, but there were very few left. So, we went for the Elantra 2015, and we end up with a great deal. The facility was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants good and friendly customer service. More

2014 Elantra My sister actually talked me into getting a new car. I had a 97 Ford f150 it took A LOT of convincing. Ended up wanting an Elantra (great gas mileage, My sister actually talked me into getting a new car. I had a 97 Ford f150 it took A LOT of convincing. Ended up wanting an Elantra (great gas mileage, would save me money in the long run). So she came with to help, this was my first time dealing with buying a car especially a new one. Ended up with a GREAT salesman Jim Dulany. It was a long process and made for a long day seeing as my sister brought my young nephew with. But after all was said and done I walked out with a new 2014 Elantra with all the extras I wanted. Thanks so much to Jim and Brian on figuring out my crazy mess to buy my first car. :) More

Purchase of 2015 Hyundai Sonata Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Patrick Hyundai. All the people I dealt with with were excellent. I got exactly what I wanted including a spec Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Patrick Hyundai. All the people I dealt with with were excellent. I got exactly what I wanted including a special installation done by the dealer. The final price was great. My salesman, Jeff Matzkin kept me informed of what was happening. Dan Ditusa gave me top dollar for my trade-in with no hassles. Brian Wheeler arranged for the dealer-installed front parking sensors. The Sonata exceeded my expectations. I love driving it and appreciate all the safety features and good gas mileage.. Sure was a lot better buying experience than with Arlington and Libertyville Toyota dealers. KentK More

Getting what you want. I had never given a thought to buying Hyundai autos as I am sure there are many others doing the same. Well, go drive one, not just around the block. On a recent trip I rented a car and was given a Hyundai Genesis. WOW! I feel in love with the car that I had driven all over for a few weeks. I told my wife I would buy one after the trip ( she thought I was joking) and did. The car I wanted was at Patrick Hyundai. I did try other models while I was there but in the end I found the Genesis to be the one for me. The staff could not have been nicer. The sales person I worked with was Mike. He's a terrific person that just wants to do the right thing for you. Then came finance with Roberto. He made it all come together. What a great group. Thanks so much to all of the Patrick Hyundai staff for helping me get exactly what I wanted a a GREAT price. I could not be happier. More

Bought a new 2014 Sonata Hybrid We went to the dealership looking for a Hybrid and our sales person, Victoria Cade, showed us every model available. Whatever we wanted to see, Victo We went to the dealership looking for a Hybrid and our sales person, Victoria Cade, showed us every model available. Whatever we wanted to see, Victoria went out of her way to show us. When we went back home and could not decide on the interior color, she saved us a drive back to the dealership, by taking pictures of examples from other cards on the lot and texted back to us. When we changed out mind and wanted a different color car, Victoria worked with other dealers in the Midwest to find us the color we wanted, including her willingness to drive the car back from another state! We could not ask for a more friendly and helpful salesperson. We also worked with various other staff including the after sales and finance staff, who were all equally helpful. Overall, we had an excellent experience. More
