After my 60K service call, I called today because my tire pressure light went on. They told me to stop by and they would check it out. Right away they found a nail in the tire and took it in to fix immediately. The service team is very courteous and the facility is clean and comfortable. The sales guy, Randy, treated us like regular people, not like potential victims. It was no games. Just friendly and honest. He tried to understand our real needs and budget and we knew what we wanted and the price was just right. No bargaining or nonsense. Even when we received the sales pitch for service plan and extended guarantee, Mark WSS understanding, not pushing and willing to work With us, because we wanted to protect our investment. I was a little apprehensive about moving from my 2007 Lexus ES350 sedan to this small SUV - but transit 2016 Tucson Limited - WOW! What a nice ride. I was a little apprehensive about moving from my 2007 Lexus ES350 sedan to this small SUV - but transition has been easy. The Tucson Limited interior is well appointed, luxurious, and comfortable. The car with the 1.6 Turbo is responsive and quick. Patrick Hyundai personnel were professional and helpful. I engaged True Car research before my appointment and Patrick sales manager worked quickly to provide pricing to meet my needs and to give me an equitable trade value for my 2007 Lexus.
