Within 4 more hours I walked out of the door I came into the Grossinger Hyundai Palatine dealership just after landing at O'Hare from a 4 hour flight. I'm very glad I did -- they had a wide variety of cars to look at, the salesperson I dealt with was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. All of the people on the floor were pleasant, accommodating, and seemed to work as a team. The financial folks were able to work within my budget. I had to go back to the Service Center for a few minor things and I was in and out within fifteen minutes. The service person, Omar, was awesome. I'd highly recommend Grossinger for your car needs - buying, leasing, servicing - they've been great. More
