If you have tons of time After spending over 5 hours, I finally purchased the car with cash. First, I was happy that they admitted their mistake on the pricing and agreed to After spending over 5 hours, I finally purchased the car with cash. First, I was happy that they admitted their mistake on the pricing and agreed to honor the price that was promised though it took 5 hours. I thought this dealership is very honest and honor the customer. However, they call me after I've driven the car for 3 weeks and asked for additional money. It turned out that they made another mistake on the contract. The dealership WEREN'T willing to resolve or investigate the problem when they secondly attempted to charge me for the additional cost. Also, when I asked if they are able to mail me corrected documents since I live out of state, the answer was "It's too complicated, you will still have to come down." (which is total 4 hours drive for me to fix their mistake!!) When I asked why I should pay the additional charge for their mistake, the answer was "maam, people make mistakes, it happens". Fortunately, I know someone to help the situation at Hyundai, then they agreed to fix their mistake. Even they mailed me the corrected document in the next day which is supposed to be "too complicated to send" Imagine if I were just a 'normal customer'?? This is still in process of resolving, but I still can't register my car due to this delay and waiting. Their facility is clean and new, people are gentle, the service department seems nice, and they attempted to work with their mistake at the beginning. But this mess after the purchase very disappointed me. More
