I’m really not one to give bad reviews but my experience with this dealership was terrible. To begin, they try to sell you on things that aren’t necessary and try to tell you that they are “required”. They aggressively push XZILON an expensive detailing package. After having them take off that detailing package on the sales floor they STILL added it without me realizing it until the next day when I got home. Also they switched the amount of my payment from 60 months to 72 months. PLEASE pay attention especially when in finance department. I’ve left several messages for the Manager, no one ever returned my calls. Furthermore the detail package that they force you to buy is a scam. Do your research on XZILON detail package it is basically garbage. They refuse to answer calls. The product do not work, company do not pay out claims and you can’t cancel it. Definitely a learning experience. FYI: I totally do not believe my sale person Chase was aware of this until the next day when I left a message. More

They even contacted us the day before to confirm the appointment. We drove 40+ miles out of our way for this specific car. The person we were communicating with said they would pull the car up for our 6:30 appointment. When we arrived we were informed that the specific car we wanted to see wasn’t there. An employee was using it as his personal vehicle. They said they called him but he wouldn’t bring the car back for us to view. We went there with every intention of buying that car. After getting over the initial disappointment they tried to sell us a new 2022 model of course. We listened to them, test drove it, talked about numbers. Ready to pull the trigger we agreed on a price and asked them to get the paperwork started. After sitting for a few minutes the manager comes over and tells us he’s going to disappoint us again. The new car they were eagerly trying to sell us was actually already sold. These idiots had no idea they were trying to sell us a sold car. Then they tried to sell us a completely different car we had no interest in. We immediately left in anger after they wasted a couple hours of our time. Thee absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’m a salesperson. The people working there don’t even know about the cars. I had done research and knew more about the cars than the sales staff. My experience buying a car here was very negative. They told me to come in on saturday at noon. I drove an hour to get there only to be told the car will be well over sticker price. I had been in contact with a sales person for weeks and this was the first time they'd mentioned it. I know that they don't know the full price of the car until it arrives in inventory, but this could have been mentioned prior to my arrival. I still bought the car, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I chocked it up to how in demand the Tucson Hybrids were and assumed it got lost in the shuffle. Looking back, I think they should have given me a ballpark. They had enough information to know the price was going to be well over sticker. The dealership was understaffed and extremely slow. I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance department to be available to process my payment. I get saturdays being busy, but they kept telling me I was next instead of saying "hey, it might be a while, go grab some food and we'll call you when they're available." I had an appointment to purchase the car, so it's not like I just showed up. They have at least 10 salespeople standing around, so the staffing ratio of sales to finance is especially ridiculous. To begin, they try to sell you on things that aren’t necessary and try to tell you that they are “required” to sell you this $3k detailing package. After having them take off that detailing package on the sales floor they STILL tried to sneak it into my paperwork in the finance office. Be sure to pay attention to the numbers they give you. However, this isn’t even the frustrating part. I purchased my Tesla model 3 two months ago. On the day of purchase I was given the car with only 30 miles of charge left in it. I drove over an hour and a half to get there and they were all well aware I was coming to purchase the car that day. Why it wasn’t charged sufficiently enough for me to even get a test drive in I’m not quite sure. Well, I purchased my vehicle and used the 30 miles to get to a charging station 27 miles away, fearing that the Tesla would die on me the entire way there. I ended up staying by the charging station for an hour to ensure I had enough charge for my long drive home. After driving 1:30 home, I go to charge my car on the home charger only to find out they forgot to put it back in its charging bag. At that point I had used all my charge to get home and didn’t have enough charge to get to work the next day. They did correct their mistake right away and had someone drive the charger to me that same day, but I had already lost a day of work at that point. Fast forward one week, I wake up and my tire is flat. I didn’t drive it that night, didn’t bump into anything, it was just flat. When I called the dealership stating that I had just bought my car a week ago and now my tire is flat, even sent them pictures as proof. They got back to me TWO DAYS later and started accusing me of bumping into something and bending my rim. The rim was not bent in the picture nor did I drive it anywhere that night. They still weren’t convinced until I sent them videos of the tire and compared it to the other tires to show them that it wasn’t bent and that it was a fault in the tire. After a lot of back and forth with them I had almost given up on them changing it and called my own tire replacement company to come in and change it for me. They did agree to reimburse the one tire after I had stated that I would be sharing my negative experience online. Again, missing out on work because I was waiting on them to call me back. Two days later, I get off night shift to find a bubble in my second tire. I didn’t even bother contacting them at that point because the headache of going back and forth wasn’t worth it to me. I paid $300 to fix my second tire that week. Well, as I stated earlier, I didn’t get to test drive my car as there was only 30 miles left of charge when I purchased it. The salesperson did not even bother to take his time to walk me through the car and explain the different features to me. I had to learn it all on my own. I understand as they stated multiple times that they aren’t a Tesla dealership, however, if you’re given a heads up that someone is coming to purchase the Tesla on your floor, I think as a good salesperson or manager they should’ve taken the time to educate themselves on the basics. Or even at least detail my $46k+ car that I purchased from you guys, there was dirt everywhere when I purchased it and I had to clean it myself. IT GETS WORSE, since the moment I purchased my vehicle the dash camera has not been working. Not owning a Tesla before, I thought it was because there was no flash drive in. I purchased a flash drive a few weeks in, still didn’t work. Purchased a different one, again, didn’t work. I make an appointment with Tesla themselves and they tell me that my camera needs to be replaced, along with my drivers side camera, and multiple sensors, ON MY 2 MONTH OLD $46k+ CAR THAT I JUST PURCHASED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have paid over $1k in repair on issues that were hidden from me when I initially purchased the car. When the technicians at Tesla saw my paperwork and heard about my experience they basically told me I had been heavily ripped off and should try to return my vehicle. My family and I have purchased multiple new cars from other Hyundai dealerships this year and none have had the experience I’ve had. My sister saw a Tesla on their lot that she wanted to go back and purchase and I told her not to after my horrible experience. I have contacted the managers and have yet to hear back from them. They clearly don’t care since they already got their money. 0/10 would highly NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this matter. More
