Superior Service Went to this dealership after a terrible experience at another Hyundai Dealership. I was sceptical and thought I would be in and out quickly. He was upfront and not pushy. He used my name during his interaction, he asked what I was looking for and made his recommendation based on what I told him. When he got his manager Kelly over to discuss pricing she was up front clarified issues I raised. These guys exhibited and demonstrated what great service should look like. After finishing up I met with finance person she was great , then to top it off the general manager introduced himself and thank me for my business. I shopped 5 dealerships prior to making my purchase and hands down this one is the best for service , pricing and just a great atmosphere I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Grossinger Palatine. Thank you guys for restoring my faith in cars sales men and girls 😀 More

He showed me all the perks in owning the car and really made sure that I knew how to use all the features. Toby came back with a price for my Hyundai Elantra that could not be beat elsewhere. He even gave me that amazing price the very first time that they offered me the car, relieving me of the whole bargaining stage of car buying. Additionally, Toby allowed me a full 24 hours to hold the car while I finished searching another option at Honda. Overall a phenomenal experience and I will definitely be recommending Toby and Sarge to anyone I know who is in their car search process. More
