Superior Service Went to this dealership after a terrible experience at another Hyundai Dealership. I was sceptical and thought I would be in and out quickly. He was upfront and not pushy. He used my name during his interaction, he asked what I was looking for and made his recommendation based on what I told him. When he got his manager Kelly over to discuss pricing she was up front clarified issues I raised. These guys exhibited and demonstrated what great service should look like. After finishing up I met with finance person she was great , then to top it off the general manager introduced himself and thank me for my business. I shopped 5 dealerships prior to making my purchase and hands down this one is the best for service , pricing and just a great atmosphere I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Grossinger Palatine.
