Came in for a recall service which was scheduled and handled, no problem. I brought to their attention that there is a VERY obvious rattling sound in my engine bay on cold starts, likely the timing chai handled, no problem. Told them to run a diagnostic test on it and Sam, a service writer, told me it would be tested the following *morning* which I told him is important in order to hear the rattle properly. My previous vehicle, a 2006 Hyundai Azera Limited (great car) died an early death from a timing chain rattle so I know what to listen for. Not even 3 hours later I get a text saying they ran the test and found no issues with the sound despite them telling me EXPLICITLY that they won't be touching the vehicle until tomorrow morning since this wasn't a scheduled service; and I was fine with that since I'm not one to cut lines or cut corners...unlike this dealership. Jokes on them, my car is under warranty which I told them about and why I'm sure they rushed the service, and I've already filed a formal complaint with Hyundai. This dealership has changed names multiple times in a relatively short amount of time and now I see why. Plus, they had a salesman who kept bothering me to try and sell my car multiple times despite me telling him no multiple times. Avoid this dealership. They've tried screwing my family members over on their vehicles in the past too. Hopefully their brand new building upgrade didn't come from taking advantage of other customers! More

This is a bait-and-switch dealer which up front advertises low prices on all their cars, but then you find out that the advertised price is not true This is a bait-and-switch dealer which up front advertises low prices on all their cars, but then you find out that the advertised price is not true at all. All their vehicles come with two add-ons that add over $3,500 to the price of the vehicle. These two completely unnecessary add-ons are Xzilon Protection & LoJack. While the prices might seem great up front, they soon become obsolete when the final price is presented with little flexibility to the buyer. My recommendation: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER! I’m really not one to give bad reviews but my experience with this dealership was terrible. To begin, they try to sell you on things that aren’t necessary and try to tell you that they are “required”. They aggressively push XZILON an expensive detailing package. After having them take off that detailing package on the sales floor they STILL added it without me realizing it until the next day when I got home. Also they switched the amount of my payment from 60 months to 72 months. PLEASE pay attention especially when in finance department. I’ve left several messages for the Manager, no one ever returned my calls. Furthermore the detail package that they force you to buy is a scam. Do your research on XZILON detail package it is basically garbage. They refuse to answer calls. The product do not work, company do not pay out claims and you can’t cancel it. Definitely a learning experience. FYI: I totally do not believe my sale person Chase was aware of this until the next day when I left a message. More

They even contacted us the day before to confirm the appointment. We drove 40+ miles out of our way for this specific car. The person we were communicating with said they would pull the car up for our 6:30 appointment. When we arrived we were informed that the specific car we wanted to see wasn’t there. An employee was using it as his personal vehicle. They said they called him but he wouldn’t bring the car back for us to view. We went there with every intention of buying that car. After getting over the initial disappointment they tried to sell us a new 2022 model of course. We listened to them, test drove it, talked about numbers. Ready to pull the trigger we agreed on a price and asked them to get the paperwork started. After sitting for a few minutes the manager comes over and tells us he’s going to disappoint us again. The new car they were eagerly trying to sell us was actually already sold. These idiots had no idea they were trying to sell us a sold car. Then they tried to sell us a completely different car we had no interest in. We immediately left in anger after they wasted a couple hours of our time. Thee absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’m a salesperson. The people working there don’t even know about the cars. I had done research and knew more about the cars than the sales staff. I hope they get their crap together. More
