Terrible experience Worst car buying experience. Even after multiple staff members, including the Store Manager, said we were more patient with them than they would be i Worst car buying experience. Even after multiple staff members, including the Store Manager, said we were more patient with them than they would be in our situation, the Used Car Manager had the audacity to accuse me if being condescending. We were discussing their multiple communication issues (multiple disingenuous statements, plus no one being able to confirm the location of the car for a 24-48 hour period of time) and lack of follow through from the salesperson (forgetting to refund a $500 deposit that they forgot to apply to the sale of the car). When they finally had the issue with the car fixed (navigation system was fried, wanting to replace it with a normal radio asking via text "is the navigation system really necessary?") they dropped it off, the salesperson could not leave fast enough, never gave us a chance to look at it before he left. He was in such a hurry he even forgot his water bottle. We got in the car, there was a tube of lip stick (Sangria color, no cap, 50% remaining if anyone is interested) and a tube of lip gloss in the back seat, the nav system was aftermarket, which was not disclosed prior, and after driving the car for less than a mile, discovered a mechanical problem. We found out the next day the torque converter is bad. Thankfully it's still under factory warranty and our local Toyota dealership is taking care of it. This experience makes me never want to buy another car. More
