The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door and the place was very clean. I was introduced to Robert Paddock on my third visit and he immediately took care of me. He is very knowledgable about everything related to the Santa Fe Sport. He listened carefully to what I wanted and was honest when I asked his opinion on things. I felt comfortable with him and knew he wasn't trying to sell me something that I didn't want. After a while of searching, he ended up finding the perfect car for me. He and the staff worked with me to make sure that it fit my price range. After I purchased the car, Robert took the time to explain and go through everything in my car with me. He made sure that I understood everything before leaving the lot even though it was late at night. I came back the next day so that he could set up my Bluelink and again he was quick but made sure that I left without any questions. He has reached out to me multiple times to make sure that I am satisfied with everything and to check if I have any questions. When I do have questions, he is very quick to respond and check back in later to make sure everything is good to go. I recently brought my car in to be washed and he took the time to clean the inside as well and made sure I liked everything before leaving. He is a great salesman and I am lucky that I had the opportunity to work with him! He made my experience a positive one and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for cars. More
