I don't enjoy the experience......actually one of my least favorite things to do. This time around I decided to use another one of my vices...... The computer. Needless to say the experience still stunk!! It amazes me that this occupation still reeks of incompetence,lies,trick,BS tactics..... You name it Year after year..... Dealership after dealership..... Just a miserable deal. They will hose you to the point of ridiculousness on a trade in... Sell it for bank...... And almost Zero negotiations on their end. Money....money.... Money...... Bought a Sante Fe Bottom line feel like we got a pretty good deal Staff friendly. As usual took longer than I’d hoped but that’s normal.
