TERRIBLE EXPERRIENCE The sales person Terell and the finance person Justin were great however the car buying experience made me want to simply give the car back. I went in The sales person Terell and the finance person Justin were great however the car buying experience made me want to simply give the car back. I went into the dealership THREE times and each time I was told I would be paying a different rate. Initially, the rate was on the higher side so as you can imagine I was ecstatic to receive news my payment would be dropping by $160. I then went in to make my payment to ensure it was on time seeing as I have not received any new paperwork. At this time I was advised of ANOTHER change causing my payment to go up again by $107. I have readjusted all my finances to reflect making a lower car payment and it is extremely unprofessional as well as inconsiderate to constantly make changes and this dealership should be ashamed of themselves for constantly playing with an individuals finances. I feel as though I was mislead into getting this car. If I had not gone in to make a payment, who knows when I would have been advised of this change. I wish I could give this car back and deal with a different dealership. More

We knew what we wanted going in, so we worked on a price that was affordable. Burim was more than willing to work hard to get us the best price. After a few hours of processing, paperwork, and a few cups of coffee, we left the dealership with a new car, at an affordable price, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car! More

Scammers They tell you you are approved. To come in with two paycheck stubs and ID. I was looking for a used car. I said they could only run my credit once thr They tell you you are approved. The credit mgr ran my credit for a brand new car and ran it thru many banks. The salesmen knew I wanted a used car and said nothing!!! Just sat gheir like a bump on a log. I never agreed to that. The sales man said we have two bank mgrs here that are approving applications. Big Scam. They were the two finance guys that work for the dealer!!!!!! The ruined my score.and now I can even get the credit manager to return my call!!! Alot of bashing going on over there about the chevy dealer across the street. Both were purchased by the same company in Canada...but totally seperate now and No longer owned by Grossinger. Worst body shop I Bought a Durango from Sullivan GMC, Buick. It had a crease on the door. Now Sullivan doesn’t have a body shop in house so they send their cars that I Bought a Durango from Sullivan GMC, Buick. It had a crease on the door. Now Sullivan doesn’t have a body shop in house so they send their cars that need work to Grossinger Hyundai. At first they didn’t replace a plastic molding around the rear wheel well. So I had to go back To Sullivan so they can order the plastic molding and have it installed there. I wasn’t Happy with the crappy body work that they did on it, so I told them take it back. Came back looking like they didn’t do a thing. They sent it back and again I wasn’t happy with the alley work they did to the truck. It’s a freaking door and you would think they would get it right after having it for over a month, for a door. I guess Sullivan is being cheap and the body guys don’t know what they are doing. Don’t get any work done here. Unfortunately I’ve been in a accident where my Honda front end was pretty bad and I took it to CDE and it looks like knew, so I don’t know why they say it’s the best it’s going to look. That place is garbage. More

DON'T GO THERE!!! This is one of the most unorganized dealerships I have ever been to. I was in need of a quick purchase and didn't have time to shop around so this is This is one of the most unorganized dealerships I have ever been to. I was in need of a quick purchase and didn't have time to shop around so this is where I ended up, and will NEVER return. The car I purchased has a recall notice from the NHTSA which was not presented to me. Unfortunately, because it is not a manufacturers recall it doesn't show up in the CarFax. Pretty sneaky of them, especially since it is a very well known issue. Silly me for being in a rush and not noticing it during the test drive, even though its an intermittent issue, how convenient. If that wasn't bad enough, I was told from Miguel, my sales man who was no help at all, that I would be leaving with a full tank of gas... Or perhaps and empty one. And to top that off, they had taken the floor mats out of the car to vacuum, so they say. When I called to ask about them Miguel said they were back and he would go look for them and call me back once he found them. I didn't hear back and called 2 days later. At that time Miguel was not available and I was told he would call me back. 2 days again of not hearing back I once again called and spoke to Miguel. He said he couldn't find them but would take some out of some other poor persons car and make sure I got some in mine. Don't worry though, that other person still has them because of course I never heard back. So again I call today and I again asked about my floor mats and was basically told to bad so sad. Cars are sold as is, even though I was told there were floor mats..... Really, if there were never any, don't lie, how pathetic and desperate. Just tell the truth. This is exactly how places like this get such a bad wrap. More
