I purchased a fully loaded sonata, and was very pleased with Dustins straight forward approach. I was there to buy a car, not compare, and Dustin did his best to roll with my punches, Dustin himself gets 10 stars. Now the finance department..... quite the different story. The guy on the counter was an absolute bulldog, he would not give me a straight answer toward absolutely any of my questions or requests. He outright lied to me on five separate occasions while i was asking for pricing and specials. I asked five times for a basic list of sale price tax title licensing fees ext... and was told that until i agreed to a payment schedule that could not be produced, yet not five minutes later the manager cane to me with EXACTLY that. Once i got past the rigamaroll with the bottom finance guy, the management in finance thankfully stepped in and saved the sale. I was outright offended and felt completely misguided with the original guy though, i did not care to catch his name nor do I specifically want to call him out, but he requires a serious attitude adjustment. Im sure they know who i’m referring to. I hate to put any blemish towards my experience with the sale and Dustin in particular, but finance nearly blew it. Overall i was satisfied aside from a bit of a lengthy negotiation. More

Had a few... each other dealership except for Grossinger had some type of hidden or dishonest interactions with us. They would send me emails and tell me the "cost" of the car... when I contacted them, I found out there were other hidden costs. EVERYONE but Grossinger gave me the double talk. We finally spoke to Dustin at Grossinger (he called me) and I told him I was about to make a decision and suggested that I come in and check out their vehicle that was on the lot. ALL THE OTHERS told us they had one but then said they could FIND one. Dustin had the vehicle we wanted with one exception and they STILL met our budget/price and we even got some extras. The whole transaction was seamless and easy. Friendly, helpful, informative and when I asked is THIS the price? IT WAS and there were NO issues at all. The new ownership seems to be aligned with helping the customer AND wanting to make them happy. Our experience with them was amazing. From the sales to the payment, we had NO issues, surprises and delays. I don't like to purchase new cars but this was one time where I was so pleased with the personnel and process!!! More
Crap service after the sale. Very disappointed. Update 2: Added the updated review below and within a day, I get a text message back from Aya to call her. I call her and she says to bring the car in the next morning. My husband drove the hour down there at 8 AM and was told it would take 3 hours. An hour later he calls me back livid because they won't fix the alignment or the trunk and claim that it is normal wear. Not only is their customer service poor but, they have wasted even more of our time and money to go down there. Never again. Update 1: I wrote the below review on the dealer manager's computer just after we had purchased the car. It took me quite a bit of searching to even find the website where he posted the review. I still stand behind what I said. Aya was very sweet. I was happy to write the review to help her when asked. When I test drove the car with a friend who is more knowledgeable about cars than I am, he said the alignment was off. Aya replied that it is common for cars to pull to the right for safety reasons. He disputed it and she replied that if the car needed an alignment then they would do it when they completed the inspection. It wasn't done. When my husband finally got to drive the car after I purchased it, he also noticed that the alignment was off and that the trunk lid is broken. It is a used car so, we expected it to not be perfect but, we had to go back and pick up the car the next day because it had to go through a thorough inspection before they could release it. So, I text Aya and Mike back and bring up these two things. Crickets. Not a single reply. 2 days pass. My husband calls. No reply. He finally gets a call back and Mike says he has to talk to the service manager. It has been over a week and no return call. So.. to that end, we won't buy another car from Grossinger. ----------------- My husband and I have been spinning our wheels on getting a replacement car after an accident. I chatted with Aya around 10am about a used car that was just listed. She had all the info I needed and was quick to respond. Drove an hour down to test drive it and bought it right away. Aya was so kind and helpful. Never pushy and very honest. Thank you all. More

After meeting with the floor sales team & working out a sales price we then met with the numbers guy to work out finance. We wanted to use Bank of America b/c they approved us for a lower APR than the bank the dealership tries shoving down your throat, PNC. The numbers guy lied and said we HAD to use their bank PNC the first month and then switch to Bank of America. He obviously said this because they get kick back money from PNC. We were not eligible for Hyundai’s .09% as stated on Hyundai’s website because we used an inventive. He was very insistent we could not leave with Bank of America. We did not appreciate the blatant lie as now we have to refinance the loan w Bank of America and the APR went up because of the refinance. More

Aya, Roman, and the Internet Manager were awesome. Come here if you're in the market for a new car. More

Can you a trust a service center, where instead of adding 3750 miles to your next oil change (severe conditions for Sonata), they add 3000 miles and put a sticker with the wrong miles on your windshield and the same wrong miles into your vehicle computer? And I was not informed what miles they calculate for the next oil change. When I noticed the "miscalculation" on 2 of my cars and asked why, I was expecting just to be informed that there was a mistake - Nooo, I got the most unreasonable answer ever - they intentionally deduct 750 miles, so you "could have time to schedule an oil change". The more I think about this reason, the more insane and unacceptable it looks like. I had previous negative experience with this service, like employees not treating me with the necessary respect and like refusing to repair a steering wheel on a car with only 1k miles, just because the noise coming from it in their opinion was normal ....the same normal noise was fixed in another Hyundai service. Still, I was going to this service center because of its location and proximity to my home. But this thing with the miles to next oil change just amazed me how ignorant these people are, and just raised a red flag how unethical their service is and how it is extremely far from any acceptable business practices. Actually, that they could do anything with your car, and that I should never trust them with any of my cars. If they trick you to change oil more frequently by doing it in so obvious way....imagine what they could be doing (like materials and work on your vehicle) that could not be seen and verified by you easily. More

Again....Burim! Second car purchase. I needed a car on a budget and as soon as possible. Burim, and his GM helped work with us on a price and we were able to purchase Second car purchase.
