They make you jump through multiple hoops to not help you even after multiple confirmations from mechanic that the issue exists. No follow up and I have to constantly check in physically at the dealerships b even after multiple confirmations from mechanic that the issue exists. My car was brought in for a follow-up and I had to keep calling my contact and then service because I didn’t receive any information. When I picked up the car I found out my contact was asked to leave ear calling my contact and then service because I didn’t receive any information.
