Excellent customer service Got to the dealership a few minutes early, the service tech (Sherman Cooper) got my paperwork ready rather quickly. Had an oil change, and 5 light bulbs replaced, plus Mr. Cooper noticed that my car had a recall on a particular cable. The work was done less than hour and a half. The personnel are very polite and customer service oriented. I will continue to use their services when necessary. More

Spot sale denied.. Took delivery of a new vehicle..2 weeks later told.loan didnt go thru needed to bring car back.
