I had service completed on my 2020 Santa Fe on 7-12-2022. My assigned service person was Hattie Bramlitt. I was extremely pleased with how smooth and well handled my appointment was . As an upper manager with the federal government , I recognize when an employee truly cares and shows concern with an issue . Miss Bramlitt did so throughout the day and made what is normally a trying experience much more pleasant . This service facility is very busy, but for the customer , she made it seamless.
