I have been going to this dealership since 2012. I have never been so disappointed with them until the last couple of times I recieved my service. I had my Gasket replace last year and had to come b I have never been so disappointed with them until the last couple of times I recieved my service. I had my Gasket replace last year and had to come back, because they used an old part, however Magen did ensure they rectified the problem, but I still felt inconveniece. What I recently was dissatisfied about is the diagnostic fee. I feel as though it is very deceiving and just another way for them to gain more money. What I didn't like was when I stated I feel I shouldnt have to pay them more money. They were so quiclky to say they will remove the parts they put in and put my old parts back in. I guess from here on out I will probably just find another Hyundai dealership to service my car. Although majority of the employees I build a pretty descent rapport with, I fill their service is not really 100%. I would like to acknowledge Sherman, Zack and Maegan although I really didnt have much interaction with her, but when there was an issue with car it was taking care of promptly and for the others thank you for always remaining pleasant throughout my services journey.
