This was the worst service we have ever received. Tried to get a fleet vehicle settled and Victor Hanania was unresponsive and had no clue what was going on . He just passed it off to someone else an Tried to get a fleet vehicle settled and Victor Hanania was unresponsive and had no clue what was going on . He just passed it off to someone else and said the paperwork never came. Never looked into it further or if he did he sure didnt communicate that with us. We were doing all the work to call between the accounting dept and Victor to figure out who had the paperwork. The ignoring of phone calls and emails got so bad that we had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to see what was going on, only to have a sales manager tell us they dont know either. As someone who worked in the car business, I can tell you this is not how customers should be treated. This was the epitome of that "used car salesman" stereotype everyone refers to. I would give them 0 stars if I could. More
