Absolutely NO service after the sale! Purchased my car new here, 2 years ago, and have done all my service here. Each time gets worse, and today was the last straw for me. Walked in and stood there for almost 4 minutes, while "busy" employees acted like they didn't see me or anyone else. All it takes is a simple nod of the head, or some sort of acknowledgment, which no one ever gives here (not the first time). Service advisor finally available and never once looked me in the eye. Waited almost 3 hours, got car back and locking/unlocking issue not fixed (actually worse now), vehicle not washed, or vacuumed (as it is part of the service), and no oil change reminder sticker. I'm now questioning if, indeed, they even changed my oil, and will actually be taking it somewhere else to confirm if it was done or not. While they DID zip tie my underbody cover back into place like I asked (which they broke on a previous service visit) they actually left the zip ties simply hanging down, so much that they are dragging the ground under my car. Cashier didn't even mutter a word, except a gruff "sign here", and practically flipped my receipt at me when she was done running my card. My receipt says I declined several reairs, but nothing else was ever mentioned or offered. Never feel welcome here. Never feel good about having spent my money here for service each and every time I go. Will never go back. Definitely avoid if you want to experience any level of courtesy, and be able to trust that work has actually even been done. There are just toooooo many other places to spend money to settle, and deal with sub-par experiences and unprofessional employees like this place has to offer. More

Horrible experience I brought my car in for service and reoccuring issue and was not at all pleased with the service, nor the horrible job they did washing the vehicle as I brought my car in for service and reoccuring issue and was not at all pleased with the service, nor the horrible job they did washing the vehicle as they leftvhand prints all over the vehicle, did not vaccum it out and also left a large amount of grease/oil on my driver right fender, when i spoke to Zack the service person all he said in a sarcastic voice was "oh I'm so sorry" no attempted to resolve the issue, for this ion a scale of 1-10 , i rate the experince as a...2...THUMBS DOWN to Hyndai of Orange Park service dept!!! My wife and I were searching for a Palisade limited and we contacted Jeff Cook and provided him with our information. Jeff kept in contact but I decided to go to the dealership were I was greeted and it was at that point that I was introduced to Bobby Mosley and Ronald Nesbitt. I never knew the length these guys were going through to secure a car for me. Ronald Nesbitt who is the General Sales Manager jump through hoops and pulled strings to get us our car. The folks at Hyundai of Orange Park killed it! From the Internet Sales Specialist, Sales Consultant, to General Sales Manager, and Financial Manager these folks are awesome and I can't thank them enough. More

Car vandalized in their care On Friday the 21st Of June 2019 I took my car to the Hyundai of Orange Park to have some work done ($2,000 for the ac and other odds and ends). While On Friday the 21st Of June 2019 I took my car to the Hyundai of Orange Park to have some work done ($2,000 for the ac and other odds and ends). While my car was in their care overnight on early Sunday morning/late Saturday night the car was vandalized two windows smashed in (passenger front and back) and a few assorted objects stolen (Four cars where struck total). I was called about noon on Sunday and the police met me there to do a report and finger printing. The vandalism happened while the car was in there care and control having work done non-cosmetic, the dealership claims they have security and cameras. When I inquired what would be done next, the manager of the service area stated that he and his company were not liable and would not repair the damage. The manager actually stated, “Just like at AMC theater isn’t responsible if your car is broken into there.” He then proceeded to recommend that I file an insurance claim which I have. I will never buy a car from Hyundai. But Megan was very nice and helpful More

Our salesperson, Ms. Wilson, though a newbie to the dealership she worked very hard and was eager to help in finding the vehicle we wanted and getting us the best deal. Victor, the sales manager who closed the deal, was excellent in negotiating with us and we didn’t feel pushed. Ryan, the finance person, really went the extra mile in procuring us the best rate and providing information that benefited us (had an extra tag at DMV that I had forgotten about, and since I wasn’t doing a trade in, this provided a smother transaction and reduced cost). This is my first Hyundai and likely not my last. More
