inexperienced sales staff and managers I am a Hyundai family, 5 Hyundai's. 2017 Tuscon Limited, 2018 Elantra Limited, 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0T, 2018 Tuscon Limited, and a 2019 Santa Fe Ulti I am a Hyundai family, 5 Hyundai's. 2017 Tuscon Limited, 2018 Elantra Limited, 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0T, 2018 Tuscon Limited, and a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T. I went in to test drive a Palisade and was interested in obtaining a Limited trim and trade the 2018 Elantra. So I am not new to car buying and usually upgrading within 1 to 2 years. I could not believe the experience I received this time around. First they wanted to charge $4500 over MSRP and and give 12K for the trade. I had a guaranteed KBB $13,300 trade done from their own website and advised I could get $14,500 if I sold the Elantra to Carvana which by the way they came today to buy (strongly suggest if you're considering to trade for a new vehicle purchase see what Carvana will buy it for. Ive sold two cars already to Carvana and have been very happy with their flawless process and offer). Not only did OP Hyundai want to charge me $4500 above MSRP but they wanted to keep my 1K in rebates if I opted to finance thru Hyundai Financing at the 1.9% rate. The manager told me it was either or which I knew and confirmed with another dealer it was total Bull Sh. So managers at Orange Park Hyundai; Not only have they lost a loyal customer sale but I am getting my Palisade at MSRP (since supply vs demand has slim to none dealers selling them below MSRP) I am also financing at the 1.9% Hyundai financing AND getting my loyalty rebate and military rebate totaling 1K. Not only that but I with an inventory search I found the vehicle in the trim and color I wanted with an additional savings of NO Dealer Fees ($899.00) and No processing fee saving me close to an additional 1K. So thank you Hyundai of Orange Park FL for your greed and because of it; you've saved me close to $9098.00 on the purchase of my new Palisade. More

Beware of the Hustle I bought a used corvette, low miles, had been “inspected “ by the dealer. I have had the car 5 days... the air filter housing clips are broken off... I bought a used corvette, low miles, had been “inspected “ by the dealer. I have had the car 5 days... the air filter housing clips are broken off... guess they missed that during the “inspection”. So now I’m shelling out $300 plus for new air filter assembly, Air filters were filthy. Cabin filter was filthy. Guess they missed that on their “inspection”. Basically I think if something isn’t broken in two pieces it passes inspection except for wait a second the air cleaner assembly literally had parts broken in 2 pieces. Finance manager is a hustler, seemed like a straight up guy.... Wasn’t a high pressure deal, I even walked out a few times... should have listened to my gut that this car maybe this will be the extent of hidden items. I can only hope Update now also a radiator support cradle was broken ( yes in two pieces and missed on vehicle inspection and or I feel intentionally hidden from photos provided by sales team and mechanics $1600 repair. The vehicle sits so low to the ground I had to rely on the photos to determine certain conditions underneath the vehicle... Complaint sent to better business bureau Buyer Beware More
