The service department was great. I first went to Carmax where I was advised my car was still under warranty and referred me to Hyundai of Orange Park. We were not pleased at all! Should not take 2 hours for a simple oil change, For which we made an appointment for! Did not feel COVID Safe no masks on employees, required for customers. Everyone was very nice. I wish they had communicated a little better about what was going on with my vehicle. My appointment was at 215 and my car didn’t get taken back until 325. I don’t like shopping and I know nothing about cars at all. All I knew is what I needed. When I told my salesperson Stefanie what I needed she immediately took me to my brand new car.
