While waiting for my oil change, I decided to walk the lot as I’ve been considering a trade in eventually and there was nobody around to assist with any questions. So, I went back in the waiting area and the associates were just casually using profanity among themselves with no concern of the people who were in there that it might be offensive to. Then, I never got an explanation of what was done for my recall. Overall - unprofessional and I’ll be looking for a new dealer! More
I purchased a Genesis GV80 on August 31 from Hyundai of Orange Park. The car is fine, but I want speak to the sale staff. Andrew was my sales person whom rush the process telling my payment would be the 1100 a month at 72 month, but when I got the finance person I was told that was incorrect only for me to call a different financial institution to obtain an acceptable rate with all this at the last minute due the dealership closing furthermore Andrew fail to provide me all the extras at the time of sale. Also, when I asked about the wheel locks which should have installed Andrew took me to service and instructed service order the locks, After two week still had not heard from anyone. Went to dealership, spoke Andrew whom failed to follow up with service only to find out they did not place the order. When someone purchases Hyundai's luxury car and get less than great customer service, I would not recommend buying a new car from Hannia Hyundai of Orange Park. What a let down! More
