I was in the dealship and purchased a new Santa Fe. This was by far the best automobile purchase that I have ever had. I bought a used 2010 car but the Loan to Value caused a problem with my finance company. Greg and Victor supplied excellent service and instead of a used vehicle I am now drving a new 2009 Santa Fe. I met James at the car & truck show in Jacksonville, Fla. He told me all about the new "2011" Sonata. It wonderful streamlined design and special features like the direct gas injection and the "ECO" mon He told me all about the new "2011" Sonata. Needless to say I was impressed. He guided me thru the whole process of buying the car. He was extremely helpful in making sure their were no unnecessary miles on the car before I got it. My husband and I were looking into purchasing a new car and had heard great things about Hyundais. We explained to the salesperson (who didnt introduce himself to us) what we were looking for and he did n and had heard great things about Hyundais. We explained to the salesperson (who didnt introduce himself to us) what we were looking for and he did not listen and tried to get us in an SUV when we had said we wanted a car. He than picked out a car that was much more than we wanted to pay but he said he could keep it in our budget. We liked the car and he told us it was reasonable to match our current payment. He than came back after "talking" to his boss and said that they could not do it. My payments would be more. He did not try to see if another model would suit our needs. He wanted the high dollar sale and nothing more. We left there feeling very upset. The next day we went to the ST Augustine Hyundai and bought a 2010 Elantra. Great car! More

I thought long and hard wanting to buy from this dealer but after spending 7 hours in offices and getting the run around i am going to go elsewhere. I bought my last 2 cars from them but not getting the deal i wanted and the salesman laughing then rolling his eyes at me for wanting the MSRP price and get my $500 Hyundai loyalty into the price it really made me mad. I did homework on what we were looking for and the price they told me it was not even close to feasible they ended up wanting 18,100 for a stripped out Elantra Touring GLS with automatic transmission and with payments of 295/mo when i shook the Manager's hand to get my payments at 290 or lower and then the finance guys get the mananger who tells me they can't do 290/mo the numbers wont add up..phooey you want to seel the car you make the numbers work,so they lost my buz in the end. I'll but elsewhere. More
This dealership sold me a vehicle with completely worn rear brakes after they told me the brakes had been checked. They also misrepresented the vehicle and the accessories it had. My visit here can be summed up in 3 words - Rude, Rude, Rude. High pressure - typical corner you in the office and pressure the customer into buying TODAY tactic. When I balked at their "best price" I actually had the salesman not only shake his head in disbelief at me, but also roll his eyes. At that point, I was done and I left. More
